This customer service BRANCH in 108 springhill dr is GARBAGE!! All ladies in Bank Teller is not doing their job well instead they all gossiping to each other while working. I have the worse experience ever in this customer service instead of taking care first of the client they all busy gossiping to each other. They Love the gossips more than their job. Need to improve or replace them all in bank teller front desk. There are many people out there deserve a job in bank teller that don’t gossip during work time.

Just getting to the bank to time. But then having to wait 10 to 15 for each person in line is horrible and then waiting more once you get up there

Website says closes at 1 get here and the sign says 12. Wasted my time multiple times with this bank im getting my money out Monday. Your money is safer in a $60 safe which is what they charge per year to hold your money.

I've been with this bank for 15 years. Today, I received the WORST customer service. I was a walk in to the tellers. I had a question, and I belive it was Reggie (who ever was working the drive through window next to Sunny). Sunny asked her for help with my question. Reggie gave me side eye saying, "I don't understand that question." I felt like she didn't want to help since she was popping her gum while I was trying to explain my issue. She had such attitude during the entire encounter.Sunny was great, Reggie was horrible.

The banker, Tiffany, needs to find another job. She is not good at what she does & I will never come back here. Only came here because the one on Main St isn’t open on Saturdays. I’ll just wait until Monday from now on.

I went to open an account, and I was served by a tall skinny guy, he was really obnoxious and rude, so I decided to open my account in another bank.

Josh is 100 percent the reason I will never be back there. He sets up new accounts for customers. I showed up at 1 and was told he was at lunch and would be back in 15 minutes. I said ok and I left. Not once did I say I would be back in 15 minutes.i came back around 4 after finishing errands and he was the rudest and most condescending person I have ever dealt with. He made snide remarks and remained rude and in a rush the entire 2 minutes he spent rushing me out of the building. Mostly about me not being there right after his lunch. I have talked with others who have had similar experiences with him. If this bank is ok with employing people that treat your customers this way then I want no part of it.

They don't answer the phone during business hours. The answering machine ask you to leave a name and number so they can call you but then it automatically hangs up. They were notified of the problem a month ago yet it persists.

If I could leave negative stars, I would.Like almost every other review. This branch is TERRIBLE. After having BB&T for 8 years, I am sadly transferring my accounts to a new provider.I have never been made to feel so belittled by employees, much less the branch manager. I have had better customer service at McDonalds. I expect more respect from someone I am paying to handle my finances.Do yourself a favor and go to literally any other bank in Statesboro.

The absolute worst BB&T ever. I recently went there to get a permanent debit and they told me to wait 5-7 business days for it to show up in the mail. I don’t understand why I couldn’t get a permanent card at the bank rather than have it mailed to me. Until then, they gave me another temporary card.
