“Next time you’re here ask for DAVID!!! he is absolutely amazing. We came here for some help with our A/C because it was blowing our hot air. Prior to David coming to help us the other two technicians that were there not only didn’t even look at my car but also recommended the wrong product. Had I used the product it would’ve made my A/C problem WORSE. Also, was told he could not come out & help me but told me I could “YouTube” it. Like?? (I’m literally just a girl ?). When David arrived he saw we needed help and he showed INITIATIVE to help us. Took a look at the car. Asked clarifying questions to help us better. Talked us through the whole thing. Explaining each part etc etc. Recommended the RIGHT product. And it worked. ❤️ thank you David!”

“My daughter, a college student, was in an accident Easter Sunday night. I called my insurance company Monday morning. I did my research and called around to find out when she could bring her car in for a quote. The "preferred" place for insurance couldn't fit her in until the end of April (for a quote) and it would "probably be next month" (May) before they could make any repairs. Not an option! Craig's Collision Center is across the street from my daughter's apartments so I called there and another place across town to see if she could get a quote. After speaking to Craig for 3 minutes, I knew I wanted him to fix my daughter's car. Craig is not only a nice man, he has integrity and treated my family as if we were a part of his. While it was unfortunate that we were in a situation to need bodywork, I will always rely on Craig's Collision Center for any work on our cars. I'm a raving fan!”

“What a great company! Stranded at the Statesboro Library with a dead battery--no one had jumper cables. I called the closest auto parts store--it was my lucky day! I spoke with Brandon at Carquest, who I later found out is one of the owners. He said, I will send someone to help you. There are no kinder words when you find yourself in trouble! Sure enough, a gentleman drove up and we got the 10 year old battery charged. I went to Carquest and purchased a new battery, installed by the owner, Brandon! We also purchased a set of jumper cables. I may not need them, but maybe I can help someone else. I highly recommend Carquest in Statesboro for over and beyond wonderful customer service.”
