Its quiet, well maintained, friendly, and more than accommodating. The staff is incredible. Stephanie has been top notch as the manager in our office/clubhouse. My work orders are always taken care of, they have monthly events for residents- everything from movie nights to food trucks and celebrations in the clubhouse. The neighbors are always friendly. I love it here and plan on staying.
PS- the pool, gym, and personal garages cannot be beat by any other community here!!!”

“as a former staff member and as a tenant for the past four years, cottage row and its team goes above and beyond for its their residents. what people fail to recognize is is there are 1,087 residents on this property. cottage row does their best to make each resident feel at home on this property and to make each person feel valued. whether it be remembering someone's name when going to pick up a package, resident events, or assisting with leasing, the staff goes through extensive measures to know each and every resident and to be helpful in each situation. it's common knowledge that when a company has to pay for something, that money has to come from somewhere. management does their best to keep charges to a minimal, but when they have to pay vendors to come in and clean after residents move out, it should be obvious that the resident needs to pay for it. as far as lease signing, the office makes it VERY clear what you are signing for when you sign a lease. the lease start date is in fact on the very first page. the hateful comments about not being able to get an early move in are beyond me. the fact that the office works 14 hour long days for 3 weeks straight to get you moved in on time deserves a thank you, which they do not receive often enough. management does everything in their capability to accommodate each resident's needs, which is a huge accomplishment for a company so large. thank you cottage row.”
“I toured yesterday and OMG!! Our tour guide was fantastic. Her name is Justice and she made me feel as if I had no choice to move there. The place has fab amenities and everything was clean!!!! That's a plus for me. Even the price was reasonable. Honestly, the entire office staff made me feel welcomed. I will be back!!!!!”
“Been staying at the vault for the past 3 years, and my enjoyment goes up every year. The staff is growing and responsive. Maintenance is very nice and understanding. All my issues get solved in a timely manner. Anthony, one of the workers, is always a stand up guy in front of me??”

Never had a problem with the landlord, she was awesome the whole 3 years I resided on the property. Would recommend the property to anyone seeking a place to stay. Thank you for everything Jennifer.”

Rheanna & all the girls in the office are the SWEETEST & Caleb, Zack, & Josh are the best maintenance men!!! I have loved living here & i’ll be sad to leave in 2025!”

While there have been multiple issues that have popped up while living on the premises, I've always been able to turn to the people in the front office to resolve my issues. While some workers are less invested than others, Christian in particular is one of the best people to solve issues. Not only is she invested in correcting problems that arise, but she also goes above and beyond to make sure you get the best results possible. She is caring, friendly, and very professional. If I could give more than 5 stars just for her I would.”
