I have been coming to Royalty Auto Service since we moved to St. Marys in June of 2023 and they have been above and beyond when it come to taking care of my two vehicles.

I took my car there and they charged me almost $4000 for everything I wanted. I asked them to change the front rotors and they wouldn't. They kept saying it was the back and when they gave me my car and said it was fixed, My car was doing the exact same thing that I had it in for $4000 later, so I told him it was doing the exact same thing and then they changed the front rotors for free after I already told them it was the front rotors and they disagreed with me. I had to wait an additional 3 hours for them to fix my original issue even tho my car was there for days.
They changed the back rotors and they were fine. Meaning they didn't need to be fixed! So they fixed something in my car that was not bad and didn't believe me when i told them it was the front. Didn't bother driving my car to see if it was fixed!!!!
I also asked them to give me prices on a timing chain and a couple of other things and they refuse to give me a quote. They just wanted to get my car in so I think this place is a rip off and I'm never gonna go there again I would advise everyone else not to also.
Basically, I took my car in and told them that the front rotors needed to be replaced and when I got my car back a few days The front rotors were not replaced. The mechanic said it was the back rotors and was clearly wrong. The mechanic didn't even bother driving my car to see it was not fixed.

This is the best mechanics shop I’ve ever used! They were so friendly, fast, and detail oriented. Michael had no problem explaining exactly what was wrong with the car in plain terms. Even cleaned the car and gave me a rose when they handed the keys over. It’s now driving like it’s brand new, and they have earned a lifelong customer.

Prompt professional service, great communication, and my car was fixed when they said it would be. They even left a rose on my steering wheel when they brought the car up front for me. I will definitely recommend Royalty Auto to friends!

Being from out of town, we had a car with a bad starter and a short timeframe to get it fixed; less than a day and a half. They did a great job of communicating and found another problem with the rear brakes. They were able to get the repairs completed in the short window of time and before we left, they wiped down and vacuumed the inside of the car and gave it a quick wash.
They were extremely friendly, positive, and their overall service was outstanding and professional. In addition, my daughter mentioned they have reclining seating, tv with streaming, a kids play area, and a padded baby changing station stocked with diapers.
Their prices were fair, and even if they were a little more expensive, the overall experience would be well worth the cost.
I would love it if they were local to me and my family, because they would get all of our business, but for those of you who are looking for a great auto repair shop in the St. Marys area, this is the place.

Great customer service and great work. Be warned that you are on the hook for $180 diagnostic fee before any work starts. They will send you the results which show ALL the required things your car “needs!” Good shop, I just gave a 3/5 because most people are budget minded.

Amazing customer service. Will work with you if you have financial problems. Highly recommend if you need maintenance done. Sherwood is amazing and his staff is wonderful..had a coolant leak and then they found out that my water pump was leaking. Talked me through what was wrong with the vehicle and showed me what they did to fix it so I know in the future what to look for. Thank you. Will be returning if I have any other car problems

I can’t say enough good things about Royalty auto in St Mary’s and Kingsland GA. They worked tirelessly and diligently in finding the root problem with my Hyndai Tucson…Their prices are competitive and fair, with the added bonus that they are certified to perform all levels of work needed on my car…from brakes and oil changes to the more difficult repairs such as this one. And above all, they are trustworthy which gives me peace of mind
Additionally, they provided transportation to my job…their drivers were friendly and professional as well as punctual…always arriving early and on time…they made an anxious situation enjoyable…
