So, ive never given reviews to any place. Ever. But this deserves to be posted so other people don’t make the same mistake. My dog is a shih tzu she is getting old. I’ve gone to this place 2 times to get her nails trimmed and everything was perfect. Staff was friendly, loved it. Today for the first time, I went to drop her off for her full grooming appointment at 9:30 in the morning. I get the call she is ready later i go to the counter and the whole staff is there they tell me they cut her in several spots because she had knots. What?! My dog has had minor knots before at other groomers from back at home in Florida and they had NEVER cut her. EVER. Once again, she has never been cut at a groomers. And on top of that, i still had to pay 69 dollars for a grooming where she got injured and a haircut that wasn’t even finished or what i wanted for her. I really liked this place before but this crossed the line for me, it is unacceptable. Our pets are like family so it hurts seeing her like this…

Every time I come here all the wax worms are dead and are black and mushy and majority of the mealworms in almost every cup are dead and today we purchased four medium mise that were twenty dollars just to find they were bloody like they had defrosted and were then put back into the stores freezer and they were still cold when we got home and the blood was still frozen so this happened prior to us purchasing them the only reason I still come her are for the crickets which usely last longer then the ones at the other stores before dying and the the cat food.

DO NOT take your pet here. They fractured my dogs neck and spinal cord and he can barely walk now. They also shaved my other dogs head to the skin. Unless you want hundreds in vet bills and a dead pet stay away from here

Called around to see if this store carried a particular type of aquatic filter media that I was looking for. The young girl on the phone said, "No, I don't think we have it" without even checking. Low and behold after a drive up they DID in fact have irz she was just too lazy to check. That's a bad look for your company if your employees don't know what you stock and aren't willing to even check and see.

Love the place I just wished they carried my boys refrigerated food. The only place you can find it here is at winn Dixie in kingsland. They have great selections and the natural treats my boy needs due to gi issues. I refuse to patronize the shop by walmart because of over pricing they would never change the shelf prices and then get to the register and it would be much higher then refuse to honor the advertised price!

We bought 2 large bags of dog food & Steven was very welcoming & immediately greeted us when we came in the door. He asked us if we were military & my husband is & he made sure to educate us that the military discount is not apart of our loyalty # & he made sure that we received that tonight. We appreciate a company who supports our military & veterans! Steven also informed us of the grooming services offered & explained the benefits. We had an extremely pleasant experience with Steven & he deserves some praise!
