“Excellent location that is clean and organized. When you walk in leverage the self service station to check in for the labs. Everyone that fasts for xyz test is always there at 8am or earlier and it will always be a 30 to 60 minute wait pending when you checked in. The first floor waiting area with the labs is shared with another area so don’t be scared off with the tons of people of waiting as they may be there for something else.”
“One female lab tech for the front and back, she did absolutely great. She was literally the only one there. Im a hard stick but she was able to get me on the other arm without trying to fish for a vein. Super sweet, not sure where all the help for her was, but she managed as there were 4-5 people waiting to be seen after me. I made an appt online for the same day. If anything make an appt online so you get in quicker.”
“I was very impressed with this hospital! I arrived at the emergency room for heart issues. My treatment was immediate and everyone was skilled, efficient and caring. I was admitted and the same level of care was given in the hospital. And btw (less importantly) the food was excellent”
“Not sure what the importance of a text message pre-checkin advising “we are here” if we have to check in again at the kiosk to advise we are here, so I was a little thrown off and not sure what to do without an attendant present but was able to figure it out. Arrived for my appointment 10 minutes early and spent less than 30 minutes in the building before I was on my way out the door. Lakonda (initials LC) is the definition of great customer service. She was able to get my blood drawn very quickly, professionally and kindly. She kept great conversation during the interaction by greeting me, making small talk, and acknowledged the importance of why I was there. I truly wish I could find someone like her in every health care environment! Thank you for taking pride in your job and making a difference in this world!”

“BEBE is by far the best Phlebotomist ever! She is kind reassuring and she knows what she is doing. I have blood work often and have been though Clinical trials where I have been injected with numerous PRP needles at one time. Bene is so good that I can’t even feel it when she puts the needle in or when she takes it out. I can tell you that BEBE is by far the best when it comes to knowing her job and knowing how to treat patients. I don’t want anyone else taking my blood. I have been coming to the St Mary’s/Kingland Location for 3 years now and BEBE has always been spot on and she is the only one who gets it right the first time. She treats everyone with respect and explains the process and goes over the insurance every single time. She cares about her patients first and takes extreme pride in doing a good job! She does deserve a raise!!”
