The windows in my house were made by a company that went out of business a few years ago and I had a broken one. They came out and got measurements, acquired replacement glass, and remade the window. It looks good. Very professional, quality work, I'd call them again.

Lee & Cates were tops! Ken (and company) provided a competitive quote, arrived on time, fixed all our stuck windows, cleaned up and finished the job with a smile. We will DEFINATELY go to them again should future needs arise. FYI - we also liked the fact that they are a family-owned business. Customer service and follow up was also terrific.

A broken window, now what do I need to do? Contact Lee \u0026 Cates in Yulee, FL. The entire process handled smoothly from initial inspection and estimate to the final installation of the new glass today. Special kudos to Thomas Hayes (the installer) and to Sarah Pugh in the office that handled scheduling. An excellent experience.

Owning a 30 yr old home means I should replace my windows. However, my budget can't handle anything but repairing, not replacing. As multiple windows fail one by one, Lee \u0026 Cates, has repaired them so they work like new at a fraction of the cost of replacement. Always professional.

There used to be a Lee & Cates glass in Waycross Georgia. Apparently they sold out to another company that I don't even recall what the name is. But if you ask for Lee and Cate's phone number via Google it rings this new company. But after making two appointments and this company never showing up for either appointment I do not recommend them. So if you call Lee and Cates in Waycross Georgia the phone number of the new company is what is dialed. And that's who I'm giving a bad review to the new company not Lee and Cate's

Danny Collins did an awesome job! The 2 different jobs I had them do (laundry room shelves and additional towel rods) he did a great job, he is always professional and friendly. Highly recommend him.

The team that installed the faulty window glass actually showed up on time, when they said they'd show up. In this day and age that alone is a big plus. Very happy with the new window and the whole process with Lee & Cates.
