Zero stars. Does not call back. None of my concerns nor issues have been addressed and I have been calling for months! I googled the owner and see I should have never went there in the first place. Most reviews are friends or employees. Has students in class write reviews for better ratings. Highly disappointed.

I have never done taxes before or have taken a tax class and Mr. Blue made it so easy for me to understand. I feel like I have the confidence and knowledge to take on the upcoming tax season! Thank you again! I will be taking his other classes in the future!

Please avoid this company! You will not get your tax done in a fashionable time. You won’t get a call back. Plus make sure you look up the person dealing with your taxes before you give your information away.

My experience was great. Smooth service, was able to sign electronically which was super convenient. The customer service was wonderful and I will definitely be using them again.

Kevin Blue and his team are top notch. Veteran owned company that does what they say they will and are happy to answer all types of financial questions. I will be a long time customer and I highly recommend them for all your tax needs.

Extremely poor communication, would not recommend. We used Centerpoint last year for our taxes and were told up until the day taxes were due that they would be done on time. When we didn't receive notice to sign the paperwork and started calling to find out what was going to happen we couldn't reach anyone for days, and then were told sorry they were all on vacation and we would hear back the following week. Again didn't hear back and had to continue calling. I am all for a vacation, and definitely feel they are deserved/ needed- but communication should have occurred letting us know the status of our services and what to expect prior to leaving us waiting weeks to hear back.This year we chose to use a different service, but I have called and emailed Centerpoint multiple times with a simple question and have not received an email response or a return call. If you value communication and customer service I suggest using a different company.

Mr Blue has caused my mortgage to be denied. I also found out that he's been arrested for fraud in the past. Brandi, his "secretary " is extremely rude. All the good reviews are from himself or his friends. Stay away!!!!!!

Horrible experience, Customer service needs help no acknowledgment on answering questions you will have to call several times for answers you don't get calls back, you go in they tell you they will call they dont, not being able to address funds taking out of checks and why for more than the amount charged it's like a major communication barrier between front desk and the tax preparer,and definitely concerned that the picture of my check was taken on a personal phone and still after three days not responding, it's like you gotta aggravate them to get answers that they should help provide with I will not be a returning customer as to me charging that amount per w-2 is a complete rip off, some tax documents had to be changed because they were incorrect definitely will not be a returning customer.
