CCS Residential Cleaning provided excellent and professional services. We hired them to do a move out cleaning and our house was more clean than when we bought it. Tatiana and her crew were amazing, professional and kind.

Extremely professional! Nothing less than remarcable. The team made my oven which was useable due to failed cleaning attempts and cooked on food look brand knew.(would’ve paid double!) Glass top on the stove looked like the plastic was just removed from it. The glass shower doors were as clear as the day a purchased 6 years prior. The team was punctual and extremely efficient. Have been a repeat customer and would recommend for residential and commercial properties.Services: Standard cleaning

My experience with Tatiana was horrible. I drove all the way to St.Marys from Amelia Island to work doing a move out clean. It was an apartment in a shady neighborhood that was infested with roaches. She provided minimal cleaning supplies, no disinfectant. The walls were stained and baseboards so scratched and damaged I couldn't possibly do anything but paint over which I wasn't hired to do. It was a nightmare. She isn't someone I would recommend. I tried to give her back her apron/uniform but she blocked me from all contact because she hasn't paid me in full. I would gladly return it when she pays me the balance. Services were rendered and I did the best job I could in those circumstances. The apartment was cleaned. We did a good job. We offered to go back and finish anything she claimed was incomplete . She still was very rude and disrespectful. I only want what is owed. I am a fair person. I am a single mother. I felt taken advantage of and slandered. It was just a nightmare. I never worked for her or claimed to as she stated. I couldn't keep up with the lies so I gave up. Be careful . Take pictures and document all transactions. People aren't always what the seem.

This crew saved me today!!! I was in absolute tears when I walked into the home I just purchased yesterday…I was in shock, overwhelmed and didn’t even know where to start. Today my tears were finally tears of joy when I walked in after CCS worked their magic!!!! My new home is everything I dreamed. Thank you so so much, Tatiana and the two sweet ladies who were with you. I will DEFINITELY be calling you again!!!!

Would NOT use for move out cleans. Walls/ door frames were not done like agreed on. And 8ft blinds/curtain combo were broken. They were forced open the incorrect way. The floors in the living room & dining room were swept but not mopped thoroughly and the baseboards were not done. We got a list and went over what would be done and it was not. Also when you’re not there they kick the AC down to 60. Which I’m pretty sure was fine at 72 since they weren’t paying the bill.

Unfortunately, cleaning was subpar and expensive. Only half of the bookshelf was dusted (items on shelf dusted around, not even moved to get all the dust), not all sills dusted, floors don't appear to have been vacuumed nor mopped (same two spill marks on the floor near the fridge that I wiped up with my wet swifter when I got home). In one bathroom, it appeared that only the toilet was cleaned (not the shower, floors, or sinks-just the faucets wiped off. Streaking left on most of the glass/mirrors throughout house; stovetop was already clean before they arrived, but came home to a film of waxy cleaner residue left behind that I had to scrub off. House smelled fresh like cleaning products, but upon closer inspection a lot was missed or only partially cleaned. Very disappointed in the service. It was as if they suddenly realized they ran out of time and ran out before finishing the job. Very bizarre and disappointing. I really wanted to recommend as owner is personable. My home is easy to clean and doesn't take long for one person, let alone the two experienced ladies that came to my door. I just knew for what I was paying the house would be absolutely immaculate... but it wasn't. I shouldn't have to clean over their nearly $100 per hour work. Not happy with this service and will not be using again.
