You won't find a better vet! Caring, understanding and nurturing! I needed my dog seen and they got me an appointment same day. My poor pup needed surgery and they did it same day! I know my dog is on her way to healing and I'm so thankful for everyone that helped my pup. When is comes to pet care they actually CARE. So many vets out there look at our pets like a paycheck. This office treats me and my pets like family. They love and care about their furry patients. Are there cheaper options? Of course, but you get what you pay for. I truly trust that they do what's best for my pet and you simply can't put a price on that.

Quality service, poor experience with billing when we were charged for stuff we didn’t ask for/wasn’t even administered.

PLEASE NEVER TAKE YOUR PET TO CAMDEN VET CLINIC!!!
I took Bandit, my 6 year old Shihtzu, to the vet this morning. Camden Vet Clinic, on Cole Rain Rd. (He has been there several times and I’ve always paid. Both visits were in excess of $550. So, I have a history of paying them). They stated Bandit was in bad shape and that if I didn’t pay $1,600 to $1,700 up front, they needed to euthanize him. I told them I couldn’t pay that much, but I could pay some, and if they would work with me, I would pay it off by the end of October. They said no! They took the catheter out and brought Bandit to me. I asked to speak to the vet, and told her and she stated I misunderstood! I told her I didn’t and Restated what the office manager told me. The office manager didn’t say a word. They also refused to tell me what kind of pain shot they gave him! I called Betz Veterinary on Hwy 40. They agreed to help me! My baby is in bad shape. They just called me and he has stones in his uretha, bladder, and kidneys.
They are giving him fluids and have a catheter in to help get urine out. He will have surgery in the morning. They are working up an estimate and I am going to pick it up at 3. They said it was bad and they might have to create a new opening for him to urinate, but that it was all fixable. He is 6 years old and my heart! Betz Veterinary, Kingsland, Ga cares about the pet, not just the money! Please pray for my Bandit!

New to st marys so had to find a local vet we could trust. After our first visit, we were wowed by how friendly and informative the staff is here. Really do everything they can to help you and your fur babies address issues or concerns.

I had an amazing experience with this clinic. All the lovely ladies took wonderful care of my 18wk old cat Mojo. They were kind, caring and listened to what I had to say. Being as it was a first visit for mojo I expected a long appointment time, however we were in and out of the clinic in a speedy manor but still felt like Mojo received amazing care. Most definitely will be bringing mojo in to CVC for any future care. Thank yall!

Me and my wife took in our two dogs, we asked for a simple check up and a parvo shot for our 9 week old and just a check up for our 10 month old. They barely looked at our 10 month old and still charged a greater price then the 9 week old, around $30 more. At one point they asked to take our 9 week old around the office while they looked at our dogs records, and when they came back they informed us that they took a stool sample without us asking us first. They also said that our dogs needs shots that they already had and was clearly stated in there records. I’m convinced they didn’t even read the records at all. At the end of the appointment we asked about the parvo shot and they told us they already gave it to our 9 week old and just never told us. We will not be going back.

I have nothing but great things to say. They care about animals, they are well-informed and detailed. Proper vet care is important and they offer great service. If they aren't sure, they'll talk through options and ideas to help determine what works. I always feel heard after visiting with an issue or concerns with the Doctor and her staff. Highly recommend.

I’m giving this clinic 2 stars but only for a very specific reason. We got a new Cane Corso puppy after our last Cane passed away. We brought her here because they had the best reviews. We had a phenomenal first visit. The primary vet there is a wonderful lady and terrific doctor. She was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and really took care of us and our puppy. I give her and the reception team 5 stars 100% of the time!! However, my wife brought our puppy back on Friday, January 26 for an unrelated issue and there was a different vet working that day. Unfortunately I cannot leave her 0 stars. What a terrible doctor. She treated my wife like she was an ignorant dog owners. Like we didn’t know a single thing about raising a puppy. She was extremely condescending and did not care about us or our puppy at all. Whether she realized it or not, she hurt my wife very badly and that is NOT okay. She did everything she could to squeeze more money out of us. It was overall an extremely bad experience. I highly recommend never allowing that woman to work in your clinic anymore. She should have no face to face interactions with patients. What a horrible representation of an otherwise wonderful and amazing clinic. We WILL be returning to you for regular dog care but we will never be seeing that vet again. We will only be making appointments with the primary vet from this point forward.
