MAIL DELIVER IS OKAY. I CAN TELL THEY DONT REALLY CARE. SOMETIMES MY MAIL IS MIXED WITH NEIGHBORS MAIL. IF ITS A BIG PACKAGE ITS LEFT FAR FROM THE DOOR AND GETS RAINED ON. DAMAGED. MAIL CARRIER DOES BARE MINIMUM

For five years been sending books to an inmate in Springfield. this morning usps did a delivery attempt. book went back to the Springfield branch and can be picked up. The inmate supposed to jump the wall and go pick it up? Been calling that local branch for the past hour. ANSWER THE DAMN PHONE!

this post office is by far one of the worst! I have never experienced so many issues as I do with this office. They continuously mix up my mail and place it in my neighbor’s mailbox or I don’t receive it at all. You call to complain and the manager Michelle NEVER answer! I am tired of it.

They refuse to deliver our mail. Our mailbox was approved. Our driveway is longer but they say there is no house. Our house has been here since 1983. It hasn’t just disappeared in thin air. I do not understand how we can’t get the mail or packages delivered but can get Amazon and fed ex and ups. They seem to see a house but not the Springfield post office.

Love this place, go here all the time and I have never been disappointed. Customer service is great, they made fun of an annoying lady when I was dropping off a package once 10/10
