I had my transmission rebuilt for alittle over 4000 in. December. In which I found them to be very friendly and got the job completed within a week. In July while driving the drive shift came loose stranding me. I had the car towed (it was pouring fluid and was not drivable back to the shop). It was a Saturday so, Monday they repaired it and did the right thing and did not charge me. I was definitely leery of the work that had been completed but things happen so I let it go however the last few weeks myself and my hubby have experienced issues with the transmission lagging. I took the car to get the oil checked and asked them to check my transmission fluid to rule that out. The guy at the oil changed said it was a safe level however of I f I had transmission rebuild then the level should not be missing any fluid. Again not placing blame just trying to rule out what could be causing issues . I dropped the car off to them
Monday and they immediately called and said they found no problems. I explained the issues I was having and asked could they drive it a few more times. They suggested I come by and ride with them however, I am not a mechanic and me riding with them shouldn’t change the fact I the customer said it wasn’t properly changing gears. It’s not convenient to have to drop off a car find another one to drive while they have it. Especially if nothings wrong with the car. I called back this morning and he was very rude and said we’ve been waiting for you to come back to drive it. I then I asked if they had drove it and he said yes several . I explained how I was disappointed that the drive train happened and maybe it caused others issues. The gentleman was extremely rude and would not give me a chance to talk as we were hanging up. I asked for his name and he said have a good day.. prior to this, I had asked to speak to Jim, who I heard was a very nice Christian man and the owner. The gentleman told me that I can talk to you when I picked up the car if he was there. A few minutes later, I had to go to my class a teacher. When I had a moment to look at my phone, I had a voicemail from Jim and this is what he left. If you were too busy to answer your phone. I’m too busy today to answer when you call back, you can just come pick up your car. I immediately tried to call back and got no reply. After a few more minutes I called back and asked to speak to Jim. He started off extremely rude and said that they couldn’t see anything wrong with the car and then I could come pick it up and in reference to the drive falling out that it did not fall out it just came loose. He stated and we repaired it and didn’t charge you. Seriously like that was even an option to charge me for that. He was so rude and acted like that he did me a favor. I simply asked if he can note my account since they supposedly couldn’t feel the issue and my warranty ended in December. Which I feel after the big issue in July they should have extended it. All I’m asking him to do is stand behind their work. But now that they have my money, I feel like they’re just trying to push me off. All I’m asking is they make the transmission work properly. They are extremely rude!
Edit to say after reading many reviews seems that they do this to many? Quick to take money but as soon as problem arise they can’t help!

He replied his was not rude?? His voicemail alone was rude accusing me of being too busy to answer….Im a teacher doing my job. I’m sorry that your mechanics can’t find the issue I am describing. It’s very unfortunate I just want you to stand behind the 4000 job you did! Customers please read reviews! I’ve seen so many who experienced the same issue. Take warning! They are quick and pleasant at the beginning. I’m just really disappointed in how I was talked to. You can ask anyone I’m the nicest person and they weren’t even giving me a chance to explain what was going on. Also, you mention it has no codes etc well guess what it had no codes in December wh

Around 5 years ago Transformance rebuilt a transmission for us and it’s been great since. I just brought them another truck for a transmission rebuild - an F150 on Tuesday afternoon just before they closed. They called me Wednesday to confirm the issue and again Thursday morning to let me know they were finishing up. Picked it up Thursday afternoon. Took them less than 2 days to rebuild a transmission and they were punctual and honest. Also has a 12 month unlimited mile warranty. Highly recommend them for all your transmission needs!

I have seen both positive and negative reviews, and I did not want to do this, but UNFORTUNATELY....I HAVE HAD HORRIBLE SERVICE AND A BUNCH OF LYING TO THIS TIME AROUND!!!!*⚠️*⚠️*⚠️*MY VEHICLE HAS BEEN HELD HOSTAGE!!! *⚠️*⚠️*⚠️*It has been paid for, for a very long time, and they are refusing to complete any work on it. I've seen MANY MANY VEHICLES COME IN AND GO OUT, YET MY VEHICLE HAS YET TO BE REPAIRED and DRIVING DOWN THE ROAD AGAIN!!We have been told they are ordering parts, new pieces, some stuff came and had to be returned for other parts and that they have had all parts are there, and it just needs the go from the boss man, but he keeps refusing to allow his workers to repair THIS VEHICLE (MINE) IN PARTICULAR!!

They treat you right. I went planning on replacing my transmission they were able to fix my problem for a fraction of the cost. Car has been running great.

Had my old squarebody for over a month. Simple transfer case seals and reverse was shifting hard. Finally went and picked it up. Half torn apart. Guys are on drugs. Do not take your vehicle here.Service: Transmission

Dropped my vehicle off on a Monday, got it back on Wednesday. Replaced a sensor and got me up and running. Very happy to find a transmission guy who doesn't just say that I need a whole rebuild

Our RV broke down Memorial Day. He was the only shop to call me back the next day. He was able to get us camping again quickly and for a very reasonable price. Highly recommended Transformance.

Went and got my full clutch replacement done and 4 months later got told I needed to get another clutch done. Now having to go to a dealership now cause of this. Got told theres no warranty work. Wish they could help me out with something due to it not working anymore ?I spent 2000 for the clutch wish I could work something out to get this fixed.Service: Transmission
