Sorry to say, but this automotive shop is not about doing the job right the first time. I brought my mom's car in to have AC to get the cold air working again. It just gradually stopped blowing cold air. So they ordered new parts, AC Compressor kit with AC oil, gas, and a belt. $900 and then $750 in labor. Got car back and just didn't work like it did or consistently before. I Brought it back, they worked on it on the spot and sort of got it working, but not really. Then my 81 year old mom took car back in, then replaced a sensor, charged for the part, seems like it's working better...more like it was...but just off a little. My mom got attitude from the girl at the desk as well. So was the $60 dollar sensor all it needed, charged my mom $1,726.78 unnecessarily? Had another appointment to have them fix, cannot afford any more charges. When you feel like you have been taking advantage of, more than likely you have been. So sorry to have to write this on a local establishment. They should be more about helping and not taking old ladies money. Sad day. Now we paid $1,800 dollars for services that is questionable. Still not working like it was. This will be the last time we go back.

Horrible experience. Not very friendly or helpful. Had my car for 9 days. They didn't fix it. Had to charge my battery to get it home
(it hadn't been a battery issue). They aren't good about keeping you updated or calling you back. I was hoping to have found a local automotive shop to give our business. This sadly was not the one. Use at your own risk.

My vehicle broke down on their property and I had to wait for my insurance to tow it to their repair shop. They were very nice about the whole situation.

I should had done a review since last year, but better late than never!. Our family just moved to springfield last year, I called a few places to schedule an oil change appointment. Everyone I've called did not stand out to me for some reason to the point that I was willing to drive back home an hour for service. But then I called Bashlor's and spoke with Hunter she asked if I could come the next day and I said yes!. When I got there, everyone was so nice and polite!. They all made me feel like I mattered and I felt right at home!. Hunter from front desk was amazing!. I know she is not there anymore, I sure miss her a lot where ever she is now they are lucky to have her. I don't remember all the mechanic names so I won't start naming them I don't want to miss anyone! but I can honestly say that, they are all equality nice! and they work fast!. Bashlor's is where I take both of my vehicles for service now. I know it is not a big fancy place! but they have come a long way since I have been going there. They are small but mighty!. So give them a chance you won't regret it!. Team Bashlor's for as long they are in business!.?

The guys here do great work. I would recommend to anyone in the area needing repairs. Stand up shop. Had a slight miscommunication on work that needed to be done and they handled it like true professionals. Thanks, guys! I’d trust them with any vehicle of mine.

Great!team at this garage, courteous friendly knowledgeable first garage that I've ever walked into that I actually felt comfortable and like they weren't out just to get my wallet speaking of that very affordable pricing and did I mention how friendly courteous and knowledgeable they were. Will definitely be sticking with this garage.

I brought my 87 Toyota Pickup to get diagnosed for not running. Was told it would be looked at within a week. Waited almost 3 weeks just to be told the vehicle is too old to worked on because its carbureted by Mark. Now this lot has many old vehicles from the 50-70s sitting on it that has been repaired at this location so this shop just refuses to work on the truck. Would not recommend this shop.Services: Engine repair
