I met Precious who works at this post office via the phone because I was trying to trace a package I sent my brother in Sparta. This was hands down the most lovely experience I have ever had, bar none, at any post office in this country. I couldn't believe the kindness and willingness to help with my issue. I couldn't believe how, well, precious she is. My family brags about this post office all the time. They live in Sparta and have told me they absolutely love the personnel. I live in Virginia Beach and have been to post offices all over this country. They are amazing. Wow. I won't forget my encounter with Precious. She is top notch.

I was not home yesterday to pick up my package I have been waiting all day for it and your mail person and they flew by and never even stopped I need that package today so tell him or her to turn around and bring it to me
