I bought a gallon of milk yesterday
Over 5 dollars got it home and it was chunky.
That was my last visit.
I called to let them know and she acted like she didn't care.
Disgusting
Trashy store that hopefully goes out of business. Green sandwich meat over 5 dollars.

The freezer for the meat is never working and they never have fresh food and it's very high

Captive audience being the only grocery store in town. Many otems on the shelf expired so be careful when purchasing. New owners have hiked prices on everything. Meat counter meat is marginal at best, produce often bruised or rotten.

The shelves were a little empty. The store was a little unorganized. But the people at the cash register were great.

Sparta has the Best and Cleanest Sandy's IGA that I've ever experienced! I was 9 years old the first time that I went with my great aunt from Mitchell. I've passed it bye for 20 years and now I stop there every weekend heading for the lake. Sandy's still there I'm sure and everyone is so hospitable and helpful! Go stop in and don't forget the Dunn's fresh sausage made locally. Best $ prices anywhere ?

Extremely high prices, produce is bad ! Go to the Dollar store ! I only go there if have to. Not like it use to be .Indian bunch just trying to make all they can, hope they go Broke.

Today was the first day that I've been to Sandy's IGA in Sparta in several months. I was dumbfounded by the prices $3 for a can of corn $10 for frozen fish sticks on and on. The produced looked horrible the collards that they had were yellow lettuce was 299 ahead and it was rotted. Very disappointed it's going downhill rapidly.

Not a bad grocery store for such a small town.
