Tim Hutchinson State Farm office is truly the most courteous and helpful office I've received from any insurance company.
I've talked with all the people in his office which have been very helpful and always kind. Recently I've had to call and handle some upsetting business which Emily helped me. She showed extreme compassion to me. I feel like I've made a friend. Thank you Tim for having a great team that assists us.

Some companies have ZERO customer service. Thankfully, it isn't this one. Victoria and Amber spent TWO DAYS working with me to solve a car rental issue associated with a claim. They were patient, determined, and advocated for me in every way imaginable. I could not be more appreciative. Not all insurance places and people are the same. If you're shopping, shop no further!

I had a fantastic experience with State Farm representative Emily this afternoon. Not only was she very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful while answering my questions, but she was also extremely pleasant, cheerful and courteous during our entire conversation. Thank you so much Emily! You definitely deserve the 5?. I have been a customer of Tim Hutcheson - State Farm for many years, and this is why...great customer service!

Tim Hutchenson and the group he has working for him are the most diligent, focused, and caring group that I have worked with, not just in the insurance arena. They bear honesty, treat you as family, and are wonderful stewards working in your best intrests. I reccomend them at every chance. I have to give a shout out to a special team member of his, Tesia, the preverbial cornerstone of that office. Tesia is absolutely incredible. I am absolutely elated when she is who answers the phone. Having Tim and his group guide and care for me throughout the past decade has been an absolute pleasure.

Don't use this Insurance Co. They will rip U off! Ins prices are "Tooo High"! I Decline! Doesn't matter how long you've been with them, you're treated as a #! Unbelievable!!! Was able to acquire the exact same coverage for more than 1/2 their high polluting buts...???#BESMARTER

My husband purchased a truck and he called to add the new vehicle. I thought he called our local agent but he called the 800 number. In a nut shell the agent charged my husband our regular monthly bill amount and didn't actually add the new vehicle. I knew something was wrong with the amount my husband paid so I called our local agent and spoke to Emily and told her the situation. It was Friday around 11amish .she said if she didn't get an answer this afternoon she would be on it first thing Monday. Well...Ms. Emily called me before closing on Friday and our suspicion were correct. The lady at the 800 number charged us the wrong amount, didn't add the vehicle but Emily fixed EVERYTHING for us. I did have to pay an additional $292. Which is what my husband should have paid, but our monthly amount of $650. Was now paid early. My husband has been with Tim for years and I've only been with them 3 years. Every time their's a problem his office fixes it. I know this is long but I just want EVERY ONE to know that the people that work with Tim are AMAZING..thank you all for all you do for your customers ❤️

I give Tesia 5 stars for taking the time to get the best possible coverage at the best price saving me hundreds every month.
Tesia was a delight to work with and I highly recommend her and the entire team at Tim Hutchens State Farm.
