Not only does the Facility have wonderful, caring and compassionate nurses. The staff is overall one of the kind from the front office administration to the housekeeping an maintenance. Everyone really takes time to make guest feel welcome an residents feel at home.

My mother was 87 and passed away on 2/8/23. The entire staff from the top down was wonderful to my mama. I have two other sisters and one of us was there every day. She was taken great care of.

I would to said that I know it's hard when it comes to trying to make a decision on a nursing and rehab facility for your loved one but social circle is a great place for your love one. The staff really does care about the residents and treats them like family and to a lot of them that is their family. I'm not saying they're perfect but they do really care and really try to do the best for the residents and their families. ❤️

Social Circle Nursing and Rehabilitation is a small family oriented facility. Staff is amazing and very helpful with resident’s care. Therapy teams works well with residents that need occupational, physical and speech therapy.

If I could give a negative 5 stars I would. While some of the staff were pleasant, all I can say is, this place provided sub par care for my family member.

Absolutely the worst place ever to take a family member or someone you care about , my uncle was here and he had sores on his legs that we had asked about multiple times , they let it get so bad that he went sepsis , he is now home with us and these people , EVERYONE THERE , is lazy and just wants money. NEVER take your family there.
