Archery Department Review: First off some of the most knowledgeable and respectable people you can meet. Billy and Jeremiah are amazing, let me try different bows to see what I like and want what's best for YOU and don't force any specific bow on you! I can't recommend them enough to anyone looking to buy a bow and hands down will be the only place I will take my bow and will be the place I purchase my next bow!

I was quoted +/- $90 for an oil change on my Exmark mower. When I called to check to see if it was ready, they then told me it would be $450! Without discussing it with me first, they took it upon themselves to replace the air filter, hydraulic filter and hydraulic oil. This mower has 74 hours on it and even on Exmark's web page, they don't recommend replacing the hydraulic oil/filter until 250 hours. I blow the air filter out after each use so it was basically brand new. When I questioned why they did this, the guy at the counter got loud to the point I had to ask him not to yell at me. He refused to give me the mower until I paid them the entire $450. I asked for a manager but was told no manager was at the store. When I walked off to go go find someone else to talk to, he finally called his boss. He knocked it down to $250 but that was still more than twice what I was quoted. I eventually paid the $250 only because he was holding my mower hostage and refused to give it back. This could have been prevented with a simple call before doing anymore than we had discussed. After the way I was treated, I will NEVER step foot in the store again. For anyone dealing with these guys, please get a written quote first before leaving your mower/equipment. I have never seen such poor customer service as I did this weekend.
