If the employees spent less time talking about people and more time working, then customers could possibly move through the aisles instead of squeezing by stock. Every time I go in the store, the clerk thinks it's appropriate to talk about my purchases with everyone in earshot. The only time she doesn't talk about me is when she's wrapped up gossiping about someone else or on the phone. In five years of shopping at this location I have never seen her do any actual work.

The store always seems to be understocked and messy. It is convenient for me but I wish management took more pride in having a presentable store.

The prices of different things at this store are redicolouse it's supposed to be a discount store not higher priced than competitive stores where there prices are lower

This store smells like B.O.. They always have carts in the isle and the cashier won’t shut up. It’s nasty and the line is always slow. If you can’t smell you may like it.

If I could do a one star I would. This store is a mess! I'm not sure who the regional manager is but they Arent doing their job! The manager isn't very friendly, but I can see she has zero support!!My grandson tripped over items on the ground. Boxes everywhere!

I used to perfer going out of my way to come to this location, the Newborn location is Much closer to home but this location has always been cleaner, better stocked, and employees were a lot friendlier and more helpful. I went to this location today drove an extra 15 minutes because I figured they'd most likely had what I desperately needed. When I walked into the store, there were 3 store employees standing up front cutting up and I had to dodge 1 employee.... as I walked around the store I started noticing how filthy and understocked the store was. They had a lot of their stocking carts full and in main walking paths... I had to walk literally half the store just to get to where I needed to be just to go around them. My husband told me that the last few times he went into this location that he had the same problem... he couldn't find hardly anything he needed and the store was filthy, but but that was a few weeks ago so i figured my experience would be better....Thankfully I found what I needed... but the whole store is in desperate need of stocking and cleaning!!! I don't plan on going out of my way to go to location again!

I went to Dollar General on Jan. 12th to buy a mobile phone. I asked the cashier to help me and she was nice but the manager got mad because I took her cashier away from her. She yelled at me that if I buy a phone that Dollar General will not accept any returns. I told her that I needed a phone. There was an advertisement from Verizon stating that if I bought the ZTE Moto6 and bought a 40 Dollar phone card that I'm would only have to pay 29 dollars instead of 69 dollars. I go today and the manager charged me 114 dollars for the phone and card. I told her about the discount and even showed her but she refused me the discount. Now I would like my 40 dollars back and I am reporting this to the Better Business Bureau. If I don't get my 40 dollars returned to me, I am filing a case against Dollar General with small claims court with pictures of the add. That is all I've got to say. Martin Partian.
