Why have your hours as 12 am if you are going to lock the doors at 9:30 pm on a Friday night??? The employees are standing inside one of them mopping and the other just staring behind the counter on her phone with the doors locked they literally hear me knocking on the door and purposely avoid eye contact and just ignore me. I am not a review type person because I am a manager in retail and I know what a bad review can cause but This has happened so many times that I finally decided to write a review because honestly the owner or corporate needs to know they are loosing money. It’s so frustrating when I get off work and try to stop before I get home and the only gas station on my exit is locked so I have to turn around and go back the other direction to QT to get what I need. Not anymore I will not return to this store.

2022-05: Just stopped for gas, did not go inside for any snacks, drinks, or to use the facilities. So, based on simply getting gas, my experience here was nothing spectacular, yet nothing horrible.

Very rude staff working this morning around 7am. Never once greeted my husband but she was greeting others. She got an attitude when he asked for a pack of cigarettes. She didn't have to RUDELY say "we only have longs." We frequent this gas station and my husband doesn't ever want to go back in there again. I tried to call to speak to the manager and the phone number listed on the internet is disconnected.

Stopped by the store this evening and witnessed the store manager, ADAM blatantly being rude, prejudiced and disrespectful to the ONLY African American employee I've seen employed there! I live in this area and I decide not to patron this business anymore. The other employees are too rude and they all carry the characters of drug addicts. The young African American male employee used to ALWAYS be hard at work when I stop in, after Adam carried on like such..in front of other customers... I vowed to NEVER patron this business again, I'd rather keep driving. I hope the young man finds another place of work. Those are disgusting & disturbing working conditions! Neither does anyone deserve such poor levels of customer service. When spoken to the manager, he brushed it off with a shrug of shoulders. I don't think Jones Petroleum should allow such treatment towards the consumer!
