I am all for supporting a local business, but this is the reason why manufacturing has been moved out of America. We spent 7 months trying to bring our Chinese manufacturing state side. Fam USA was not able to do a quality job in any sort of timely manner. Torey's communication is terrible, Tamara, Donna and the whole team do not care about you as the customer. IF you need a cheerleading uniform or some small custom order, you are probably in the right place, everything else should go to a real manufacturer.The reason Chinese manufacturing has business, is because of the treatment received from FAM USA. The pricing changed, the product was subpar, and the communication was the worst part.

Torey is amazing. She truly cares about the customer. If you need something made and you don’t want to take a chance on China not shipping it in time buy American with FAM USA.

I am a cheer director for Dacula. We ordered a run through banner from FAM USA. It was a great experience. We received our banner much faster than expected. It was exactly what we had asked for. We would use them again for our banner needs.

Fam USA exceeded expectations on my order! Even with supply and demand issues plaguing our world currently, Ian communicated clearly and worked with me throughout the process to make sure my needs were met as well as they could be. I got sublimated tshirts, polos, and hats all decked out for my small business and have had so many compliments already! I would highly recommend Fam USA to individuals, business, sports teams, or anyone else looking for top tier products and service!

We had a great experience using FAM USA. Ian helped us in every step of the way. We purchased both screen prints and embroidered polo shirts. They were able to turn our company logo into an an embroidered one. It turned out better then we thought. We highly recommend using FAM USA!

FAM USA rose to the challenge of making comfortable, good quality, and safe masks for their customers during the COVID pandemic. They fulfilled orders quickly and correctly. Their customer service was excellent and they were able to fulfill many orders for me regardless of how big or small they were. They had a quick turnaround time. They were also willing and able to customize masks based upon my needs. I highly recommend working with this company and will continue to order from them!

We ordered personalized masks at the beginning of each school year for our littles and for the adults in the house. We love the fit and color quality as well as that these are n95 equivalent. My Daughter still wears her mask from 2 years ago and my tough teen is actually keeping up with his because he likes the fit and that we can wash it.

We worked with FAM USA to embroider some of our shirts as well as make a few masks for our staff when the pandemic hit. FAM USA did a phenomenal job. I specifically worked with Jessica, when looking to embroider our shirts and make changes to the size of our logo, she was great to work with and did an amazing job. When we needed masks, they were provided quickly and truly helped my staff feel safe as the pandemic started ramping up. I enjoyed working with the staff at FAM USA and would certainly recommend them to others. I love working with small businesses, especially those that create products made in the USA.

I personally do not know any other company that supports my dreams and visions the way FAM USA does. As a designer, there is no other company I trust to provide my goods for anything I am working on. There is not a project that I have had that was too big or small which is always treated as if it was the most important. I have had film shirts done, tons of sublimation, and if I ever need any small detail for my daughter's birthday onesie, FAM USA is always there to support. I always love talking to the staff and honestly feel like Family because they care so much. ?
