The Nordstrom Rack was ok, but the clothes quality were not up to my expectations of Nordstrom. My son did purchase several T-shirts.
As a Nordstrom shopper for many years, I think the quality has gone down. But, this is just my opinion.

The service is absolutely terrible. Only when I go near a store my service works only sufficiently. Otherwise, the service I've received is by far the worst out of any service provider I've used. Would not recommend.

Wow! What an outstanding experience. Rommel Tuckler was the most professional and courteous representative I have dealt with. I had to go to the store because I could not get any help online or over the phone. The overseas help desks just do not work. Rommel solved our problems and even was able to lower our monthly bill by $50. Also, we had no intention of switching our cell phone to Xfinity Mobile, but after hearing what he had to say, WE DID! When you go to this store, ask for him by name!!!

Great experience at Comcast. My associat Cedric was Very professional, knowledgeable and answered all our questions making sure we understood. Very patient really happy that he was the associate that helped us. Can't say enough about how nice he is and how he took care of our situation. Cedric is a great associate that knows his job and a very kind person to work with . Thanks Cedric we appreciate you.

I have returned the modem. But the Comcast was giving all kinds of excuse and not refunding the charge.
