ATMs always broken so cant do anything easy without trying to go inside or going to drive-up teller. Drive-up teller today took so long that I just decided to leave, which is generally what I end up doing if I have the misfortune of having to actually go to this branch. It's better to just go somewhere else. Worst branch in the area.

This is a horrible bank. inside is dirty, never enough staff...It use to be such a pleasent place to go, but not anymore. I never go to the bank now I use mobile app. Wells Fargo should refund my 10.00 per month service charge.

Zero stars if available. No one is helpful. No deposit slips left out. Wait 15m in line for them to tell me they don't take CASH deposits. Bank somewhere else, non courteous environment.

So Poorly only Cymone she was a nice Cashier trying to handle this long lines and an other cashier lady stop helping everyone seeing how crowded it was - long lines in drive through and inside as well . And smells bad in the lobby . Literally, the guy on this line was covering his face from this bad smell. Don’t want to comeback here.

Went in to do something I thought was a simple process. The lady acted clueless and couldn’t help. My first mistake was not checking the reviews first ?. Waste of time and this place gets a life time ban.

I was really impressed with the new staff. We were greeted when we came in and asked how they can help. A different experience than a couple past encounters with this location. Opened an account for my daughter with Salimah, she was a fill in from another location. She was awesome, the customer service she provided was amazing.

Horrible every time I come in it’s one worker and the line is wrapped around the corner the wait time is terrible customer service is terrible no one offers to help or open a line it’s just bad services all the time I hate banking with them They make you want to close my account

Went into this branch on 9/20/23 around 10:15am. I never come in due to most things being handled online. There was a teller who was working the drive through but did come to me saying that she could get me started until another person comes out. She looked to be maybe HispanicZ This lady was extremely rude and her tone was not professional. The teller that relieved her was great! Great attitude and totally professional. I did notice that she didn't look me in my face because I think she knew that the lady from the drive through that was handling me before her pissed me off with her nasty attitude. I tried to call numerous times to report this behavior but no one answers the phone.

I don't personally bank here but my Job does so when I open my store I come and do the deposits and get change if we need any for our drawer. Over all they do an amazing job I know sometimes they struggle with help, but that does not affect their customer service! They do their best to make your experience fast and easy! I love coming here!

Long line with one teller working who was extremely rude. Do yourself a favor and go to another Wells Fargo if you have to go inside.
