Poor customer service. Walk-ins must wait almost 2 hrs. Making prior appointments is not easy either.

The lady name Pamela has bad attitude, their customer service was so bad. They need to train their employees how to treat their customers nicely and politely.

Very slow service, please plan your whole day around one trip. No matter how small your transition is at least put away 1 hour or 2hours cause you never know. One teller and the rest is waiting for drive-thru customers. Would avoid at all costs
