Went to this location today to cash a check that we received from one of our clients and in doing so, had an almost abrasive interaction with one of the tellers which left me offended due to her communication and actions in trying to verify the authenticity of the check. Luckily, Kimberely S overheard the interaction and saw my frustration and stepped in and not only solved the issue but apologized on behalf of the personality lacking teller and educated the teller which is shocking because usually managers are quick to defend their employees and immediately take their side but this teller was clearly not within protocol and Kimberely provided the additional training needed while apologizing and handled the situation very professionally and changed my experience completely from how it began.

Wells Fargo has yet to give me the title of my car I bought through a loan I financed with them. It’s been 3 years. All they do is give me the run around.

Worst bank ever! Rob the small businesses people out of everything they own..I do not recommend this bank.They will never give the small business people a loan even with collateral but will charge u $35 overdraft fee over $1!Amazing how companies can be millions in debt and they still loan them money it’s insane!I will gladly participate in any class action or any other lawsuit file against them.

I hardly do reviews but this one I felt I had to do.This used to be our go to branch but this last experience was horrible we made an appointment to meet with a banker to try and get some statements from a closed account that the bank still had records in the system! But the person that helped us was no help whatsoever. She made us feel like we were a bother to her and she had better things to do so we left that day and an email was sent with the information that she requested and to make matters worst she had the audacity to say that so sent her the current account number when in the email it’s clearly said that account number in question was included. We went to the WF in Snellville on Scenic Hwy and they were extremely helpful even tho we didn’t have an appointment. Very disappointed in the customer service of this branch!

I really appreciate the staff here. Brenda and Stephanie, the Operations Manager, really helped me ALOT. I’ve never had any issues with Wells Fargo, and this was the first time in awhile I went into the branch, and I’m glad I went to this location regarding my issue. They went above and beyond.
