service was good our server was friendly several employees came to make sure we were doing okay, food unfortunately was not good , the ranch was good but the chicken tenders were frozen tenders you buy from the store, alfredo sauce was so watered down and runny it had zero flavor. the fries were frozen store bought fries as well. the cake was good

We went for breakfast and all of our meals were delicious! Good cup of coffee! I saw some other diners having specialty coffees and they looked amazing! Our waitress was kind, friendly and attentive. The cakes in the case looked delicious but for another time! Definitely would go back!

We used to love going to the Diner. However, the last 2 visits were very disappointing. Our family of 6 went on Valentine's day. It was busy, so we tried being patient. After 30 min, everyone at our table got their food except me. I waited, and waited, and waited, while everyone else enjoyed their meal. After about 15 min of watching everyone else eat, the server finally said she didn't know what happened, but they were preparing me another plate. We never saw the manager, got an apology, or anything. The server was nice, but I think the manager should have done something. My husband works in a restaurant and they are very concerned with the guest experience. The Diner didn't seem to be.
We went back last night and had another disappointing experience. I asked the server about the price of the lamb that was on their featured menu (the prices weren't listed). She said it was $14. I thought I would give it a try. We got the bill and it was $28. We asked to speak to the manager and he cared nothing about making the guest happy. No apology, sorry for the misunderstanding, let us get you a dessert, nothing except a smart aleck response of "it's an expensive piece of meat". We didn't want the server to get into trouble or anything, as she was new, but we would've liked something more than that. Places everywhere make mistakes, how they handle it means a lot. And the Diner is not concerned at all about keeping the customers happy.

Our family had breakfast at the diner and we were pleasantly surprised. The food was excellent, the cost reasonable and the service great. The staff actually greeted us and made us feel like special guests the entire time we were there. We plan to all go back collectively and individually.

This was my 2nd visit since new owners took over and the service was extremely poor. Bartender dropping F bombs, was giving attitude to another guest, more concerned with taking to a female server than taking care of customers. Did not use gloves when handling cake. Saw the same guy in the men’s room and did not wash his hands. Unfortunately the place is going down hill

3/13/2022 Gayle was our waitress and was pleasant. We ordered the French toast combo and pancake combo with lattes. I ordered the French toast with blueberries...the blueberries were cooked. The waitress mentioned before bringing them out the drinks that they were having issues with their coffee & water machine. I took a sip. The lattes had a burnt taste to them. So I asked for it to be written off, just mine since my partner finished theirs. Chris came over and said he made the coffee then proceeded to mansplain what a latte was. It was dismissive, condescending, and his mannerisms were domineering. Hence the reason for the one star. Will not be back. Do not recommend.

Since our 1st visit this place has been wonderful. Comfortable atmosphere, quick service, really good food. we will definitely bring guests here.

My favorite weekend brunch spot! Took my mom here today and she enjoyed it too. Always good food and excellent customer service.
