I took my mother in to have her prescription filled and we met John. He was absolutely the nicest person. He had excellent customer service skills and was extremely patient with my elderly mother. Thank you John for everything! My mother loves her glasses!

I am only giving this place 3 stars because the Dr is wonderful and the girl who helped me with my glasses is wonderful. HOWEVER, the girl who answers the phones and schedules the appointments is so rude and has become even more rude since I’ve mentioned her rudeness. I went in for an exam ordered my glasses and a trial pair of contacts. The contacts were not good and when I called to request a different brand and made mention that they MAY have been the wrong power she snap at me and said “They’re the right power ma’am”. She then told me I had to make an appointment to come in to have the Dr order a new trial pair. So I went on Saturday 11/5 in the morning at 9am to see the Dr. When I got there the dr was quite confused on why she made me come in and didn’t just tell her that I needed to try and different brand. 2 weeks later on 11/17 I called because I’ve yet to receive a call saying my new trial paid was in and when this girl got on the phone she said “They called you 11/5 and told you they were here”. I explained I didn’t receive a call and after I hung up realized that was the same day I went in for the dr to order me a new pair, meaning she could have just given them to me that day or you’re just making up excuses as to why you didn’t call. So, I’ll go back to Snellville again to pick up another trial pair all while dealing with this extremely rude and curt receptionist at the middle desk.

I took my 12 year old daughter for an eye exam for contacts. The doctor was absolutely kind anf fantastic. My kiddo was calm and happy and was able to get her first set of contacts ever. I will definitely be back, they are wonderful here.

The true way to tell if a business is managed correctly is how they respond to issues - and this vision center has made that clear. I went to pick up my glasses right before Thanksgiving and immediately noticed a defect right in the middle of the upper right-hand part of the frame - I brought this up to the guy helping me, who "could not see the problem". Finally, he asked the girl working right next to him who then also *immediately* recognized the defect and acknowledged that I "should not have received these frames" and that I should come back in a few days to have them switch out the lenses to a new set of frames that they would be ordering. I call back after Thanksgiving to confirm that the order had been placed, and IT HAD NOT. No record of it. After being told that I had to talk to Sara/Sarah (sp?), the assistant manager who could authorize this, I've called back 4 times - with the last time actually having been able to speak with her. She rushed me off the phone and said she'd call me back - and after a few days, I've still not heard anything. I urge everyone reading this to do what I will start doing in the new year - as much as I LOVE Dr. Kennedy - look for another optometrist. The prices are comparable at so many other places, and save yourself the headache of being tossed around like a hot potato.

My glasses were damaged pretty bad. Another place couldnt fix them and recommended I see John over here. He fixed it pretty fast and was professional. The entire staff was friendly and seemed to be in a good mood, which is rare to see in most places. I would definitely recommend.

In the PAST their "Frontline" store personnel were poor to mediocre. They are currently GREAT! I delt with 3 of the 4 ladies here on one recent trip. All were helpful. In particular, Jessica impresses as someone who knows her job well. She works to insure her customers get the maximum bang for their buck. Ashley also went above and beyond to provide excellent customer care. The Doctors have always been on point.

The staff at this eye center was very professional and the staff ensured that I received the best patient care during my eye exam visit. Dr. Kennedy is very nice and helpful with answering patient questions. I would most certainly recommend this eye center to other people visiting this location!

I have worn contacts since 8th grade ( I'm 45). I must say that Dr. White was very impressive and thorough with her exam this date (9-25-2020). Vision changes, prescription changes, discussing for glasses were not rushed. Her mannerism's and professionalism was absolutely top notch. She did not rush me at all, I see better now with the correct prescription of contact lenses then I ever have. I would return to this facility for sure, my son is due for a prescription update. I will be bringing him here for sure, if she is there. Thanks.

I've seen Dr. Kennedy for 20 years. Always very kind and very professional. Takes her time during each exam and answers all your questions! Her team is awesome and professional.

I have always had a great experience at this Vision Center, the optometrist (Dr. Kennedy) cares about you, and you're just not a number... the opticians are friendly and knowledgeable and take your time in sizing. Always make an appointment, walkins may wait awhile...

I have been going to Dr. Kennedy for years. Great service and she is a thorough and great Dr. Every Dr. I've seen there has done a great job. I have never had to wait long. It depends on when you make the appointment.
