It is bad enough that only two registers were open but when I got in lineto check out the cashier was on her phone then she left for a few minutes ewhile I was in line,she continued to talk on her phone while trying to check me out!! I have never worked at a job where I could be on the phone while waiting on customers! This Walmart needs better management so employees are trained not to be on personal calls while working!

I came to get an oil change 01/16/23 and the lady asking for my car information was rude. I went to the front bathrooms and they looked like they hadn't been cleaned ever. Grime everywhere, shit in 2 out of 4 toilets, no toilet paper in the only clean bathroom stall, and when the custodian came he just stood outside the bathroom on his phone. I track down a coach which took like 20 minutes to tell them about the bathrooms. I return to Tire and Auto to check the status of my car and no one has touched it even though it's pulled in and ready to be worked on. When I came no one was in front of my car and it's been almost an hour now and no one has touched it. The status on the app is "checked in". I am so disappointed

I was shopping in this store several times close to closing (within 30 Mins). Each time, the store manager or person in charge at the time informed shoppers that the store was closed while patrons were literally in line. After waiting over 45 mins in line, I was told to come back the next day. This location has the ABSOLUTE worst service ever.

THIS IS PROBABLY THE WORST SERVICE EVER. i order some photo earlier today, first they said they would be ready 1 no it 4 i'm sitting outside this place photos still not ready. Called the stores lines was on hold for about 3 minutes finally got on the phone with electronics she talking about another 15-20 minutes. so from 8-4 what the FUCK was y'all doing? if you want to be cramped up and have long waits come to this walmart. smh. wouldn't have even let 1 star if it was possible.

Scan n go We don't get paid to be Cashier , so we scanning while we get our groceries, when we get to the register it doesn't work it says waiting for pending for your payment .so then we asked the cashier that's moping around for help and she says well it's still pending after five minutes .don't the cashers that even work there know what they're doing. Took 20 min to scan n go for 10 items

I would not recommend this location I am now late for my dinner because I came into the store at 5:20 on the dot and I'm just now leaving at 6 o'clock but between that 40 minute span of time I had to search the entire store for Walmart employees which were nowhere to be found then once locating the hiring/store manager they wasted another 20 minutes of my time just to tell me that the day manager has taken the specific key for this specific box things like this should not be happening at Walmart the corporation it is a sloppy mistake and I'm not pleased.

I checked the website before coming to have my oil changed this morning. I was thrilled to see they opened at 7:00am as I have a very busy day and time management will not only affect me but the other people involved in my planned activities. It is now 7:28am - I have been sitting on the parking lot of the automotive center since 6:50am and there is no acknowledgement. Someone walked into the floor of the area but never acknowledged the customers. The door is still locked. At least 4 other customers who were waiting in line have left.... make that 5. I called the store a few times. No answer there. Wow.

It's somewhat rare for my wife and I to leave reviews for shopping store workers but after being attended to by Theo (from Wal-Mart in Snellville), we felt compelled to leave this review. Yes, it's true. Like many others, we too feel that this store has gone downhill quite a bit over the last few years. The pain points at this location are numerous and considerable ranging from stocking issues and irregularities, broken checkout stations, and the occasional unavailability of motorized chairs to absentee staff members (particularly at the cashiers station and on the floors). As such, we have been disappointed more than a few times at this location. However, there can be a bright side to even the most abysmal of disappointments. Always customer centered, attentive, efficient and just friendly, we're referring to a cashier named Theo! It's so rare to encounter any store worker who is very knowledgeable about stocked items, is fast and efficient, or neat, clean, and orderly but, to find one who is also competent, pleasant, and patient, is a rare find indeed. Theo greets customers with a genuine smile and a level of professionalism unmatched by other workers at this location. She actually makes us feel like we made the right choice coming to the store and that the trip wasn't an abstract waste of our time. Overall, her demeanor makes shopping at this location much more pleasant than it actually is.

Went to Walmart around 10:01 PM. The store stays open till 11. Got to the customer service to return some curtains and pushed the button that said need help? When I pushed the button, the little kiosk responded help is on the way. After standing there for about 10 minutes I started to yell out because I could hear somebody in the back. No one came. Finally, one of the employees walked by and says customer service is closed. I asked her where does it say that? She said it always closes at 10. So I replied, the store is open till 11. But nobody came she said, so we closed. I told her I didn't see anything that was written that they closed at 10, only the store was open till 11, and she went and got her manager. The manager opened the door and then slammed it in her face, opened the door again, shut it again. I'm standing there wondering when's the assistance coming that still was showing up on the little kiosk. She finally came out and said, we are closed. Where is it listed that you're closed I asked. She says you'll need to go online to see the rules for customer service. When I left customer service it was around 1020. We checked out at the self check out at 10:31 and the door that we came in was closed and locked. We were parked right outside the door, and it was raining. We had to walk in front of the store in the rain to get to our car at 10:35 in the evening when Walmart closes at 11 PM. I know it's Walmart but if you're going to close at 10, why don't you just close at 10?

Walmart VISION Center should be ashamed for pricing glass cleaner for over 9$ for their 8oz bottle when you get this brand for less than 3$ elsewhere in the store.

I've literally called this location 5 times and each time someone will pick up the phone and hang it up everytime I say hello. Remind you it took 3 minutes to pink up each time. This Walmart has horrible customer service.

All of these Super centers are pretty much the same. I don't think there is anything special about any of them that separates them from the others. What stuck to me this particular day was the fact that I was looking for a printer as Best Buy didn't have what I was looking for. Walmart didn't have any and from the looks of it no other Walmarts had any either. I ended up going to Target. I normally have longer reviews but there just isn't much to say about certain places.

Rude don't bother ordering online for pickup these associates don't want to do their job. Customer service skills is a major 0. I don't appreciate the service from this location unprofessional.

Tried to return something I purchased the day before but was already expired and Carolyn at the return counter was extremely rude and unprofessional. She constantly raised her voice and was loud. It shouldn't be difficult to just do ur job but clearly she isn't qualified to work behind a counter at Walmart. Rude employees and store. Mary Ellen (manager) was finally able to come resolve the issue.
