I have been to this Walmart and the staff there are very very rude and lazy. One time I asked the stockers where the ketchup and he didn't know where its is.

This Walmart never has anything I need . It doesn't matter what day or time I visit it is always a wasted trip. I decided to stop by to see if they would happen to have some lemon juice . They have remodeled the store since my last visit but the result was still the same. No lemon juice. Guess I will still have to visit another store. So no I really don't recommend this particular location.

I will not be returning to wal-mart. I am disappointed in the way they treat their customers. There is no assistance, no cashiers. People spending money and having to check themselves out and bag your own purchase. NOT EVERYONE can USE self checkout without issues, no fault of theirs, they no longer have a choice! I personally waited in line for 20 minutes at a standstill while the register tape issue caused the delay of the customer 2 carts ahead.. 4 behind me.. no person running a register.. all self check.. quite a few other red light issues.. 13 people in line at customer service.. one person behind the counter.. never happier to have left.. will not be returning....ever.

Too warm inside today for a business that has a lot of customers inside shopping .. not healthy , nor safe considering many factors .. I am really surprised Walmart .. need to make a call to corporate in Bentonville , Ark ------

Purchased a television actually went in to look. The young man that helped me was excellent, told him I didn't know much about TVs and needed guidance. He knew his product and explained quality and lighting. I decided to purchase because of his willingness and personality. Don't know his name but he was great, he also helped me bring to my truck. Amazed at his service level. Thanks Walmart for the great hire and training! Definitely will be back for any electronics needed.

I've used this Walmart grocery pick up service since it started. I have always been happy. There have been one or two hiccups, but usually it was smooth. Once the quarantine started and people began to lose their minds I understood when the site should shortages. I tried to understand when there were NO pick up time slots available - not for the entire week. TWO days ago, on Sunday, I placed an order. There were some shortages, fine, and the pick up slot was for Tuesday afternoon. Okay, reasonable. Tuesday morning my email contains a notice that the order was cancelled. Yes, just.. cancelled. Not moved out, not, can you reschedule, or there are more shortages - but full stop, cancelled. I contacted customer service and all they could do was apologize - not helpful - and say that I could place the order again and maybe - yes, MAYBE it would go through!! MAYBE, but no guarantees he said. So you know what, Walmart, you can save money on your heartfelt, tearjerk covid commercials saying you miss us and are here for us. You are one big ol' corporate money grab and always have been. I'm not surprised, disappointed and mad, but not one bit surprised.

Auto center employees lazy and moving lackadaisical. Opens at 7am brought car at 6:50 am to be first he put the final tire on my car at 9:56am. 2 hours 56 min just for 4 tires

LINES ARE TOO LONG all the time, only self check out open and maybe two other people cashier lines, WHY? The parking lot is super filthy. Corporate shame on you for this.

I'd normally give this Walmart three stars, but I'm bumping them up to four because of Walmart associate Macy. I accidentally left my wallet in my car. I rang myself up at one of the self-checkout kiosks. I didn't realize I forgot my wallet until it was time to pay. Macy was one of two associates assigned to the self-checkout area. She offered to stand at my kiosk and hold it for me while I went to my car to grab my wallet. That was really nice of her. She was also very polite. Thank you, Macy! When you've been to one Walmart Supercenter, you've pretty much been to them all. This is store #3389, one of three Walmarts in Snellville. I visited on a Saturday afternoon and it wasn't too bad. It was busy, but not slammed. I picked up a few grocery items and some toilet paper. The bananas were the cheapest I'd seen them: $0.39/lb. I think Walmart's produce quality is generally good. I got bananas, Halos (a 5-lb bag for $3.98), and organic spinach & spring mix (1 lb for $4.66). I like their boxed greens and have been regularly eating them for years. I also picked up a 7.12-oz bottle of McCormick ground cinnamon ($5.78) and a 9-pack of Charmin Ultra Soft ($10.47). Good prices. My receipt was thoroughly checked at the exit. If I was in the area and needed groceries, household goods, or other stuff, I'd return.
