10 stars. I been this shop for last 3 yrs and never disappointed me. This morning, my 10 yrs old Benz door knob broke. Without appointment, I drove in to the shop and they temporarily fixed it until the part is ready. I believe, there is more GOOD People than bad people in this world. Thank you so much everyone ♡

My wife drives a blue 2015 Honda Odyssey, and the driver side front door handle broke last May, so we went to the dealership who placed an order for a replacement blue handle. Believe it or not, even after five months of waiting there was still no ETA from Honda for the part. So out of desperation we got a silver color handle and asked Walker Smith to repaint it to match our blue car. We are very impressed at the results - color matching is spot on, and no overspray over the chrome area! (keep in mind that Honda dealer body shop said it can’t be done). They even quickly installed the new handle for us. My only complaint is that the handle is now the best looking area on the car! The shop owner Shannon is a really nice guy and cares about his customers. His staffs are also great! We highly recommend Walker Smith and will be back for future car body repairs.

Fast and curtious. They fixed my car fast when the other places tried to charge me extra. I'll recommend them to anyone. The insurance lady said that they get a lot of claims to this company. They're that good!

I took my car here since my brother previously had took his car and they did a good job.Unfortunately for me it was a different story, after 6 months the paint cracked, and they did take care of if free of charge since it was a bad job from the beginning but by fixing it a second time they also left some cables out of the door panel, left some marks in the window that will not come out with a wash, and damage the front paint of the car, they just cant do a good job without damaging other part of the car.Services: Body & Trim

I called Walker Smith flabbergasted, after a National Body Shop quoted me 90+ days to get an estimate. Choose Local First! Mr Shannon the Manager answered my call at 4:45 and told me to come by the next day and he would get me taken care of..even though my request was unique and he wasn't exactly sure what the process would be, to open a claim with the Warranty company to provide a report regarding evidence of flood damage for the used 2019 Pathfinder I purchased 2 weeks earlier, with a "Clean Carfax." With a little guidance from the Claims assessor and Dealer Advocate Shannon was able to provide the requested documentation for the Assessment Team to make an evaluation of my concerns. They determined there is an appearance of flood damage and most likely was in a significant flood event, that had not been documented. As a result, the dealership took the vehicle back and cancelled my Loan Contract... essentially unwinding the entire purchase, with no questions asked.

My car was towed from another collision shop which my car sat for over 70 days for a rear bumper. Shannon had my rear bumper fixed in 3 weeks. Great customer service, honest and reliable. Very professional. Highly recommend
