When one isn't feeling well and you have to make that extra trip to get meds before you can get home, you really aren't expecting rude staff to greet you at the pharmacy. Actually, i had to do the greeting asking her "how are you?" Courtney just walks up and starts at the computer, makes no eye contact and gave the most annoyed "fine" like i was bothering her. Another staff stepped in to confirm who i was and inform me of when my rx would be ready. I wish places that serviced people would hire people with pleasant dispositions that understood me coming to you secures your job! Get a personality that indicates you atleast like your job. Oh, and I would lose the cousin it hair style, not a professional look at all.

They were quick and accurate. They had my prescription filled right after I left my doctors appointment. I called and spoke with the pharmacist and he told me it would be ready in 20 minutes, I got there and thought I would have to wait because my doctors office is less than 8 minutes away, I was wrong it was ready when I got there. Great customer service!

If it was possible to leave a no star review I absolutely would. I sat in the drive-through for 30 minutes waiting to pick up my free Covid tests. after finally being told to go inside and wait 3 to 5 minutes to get my tests I sat for another 30 minutes while they sat in a bag in front of me. I asked numerous times for my tests before they were finally given to me. extremely disappointed in the one hour of my wasted time due to poor service.

OMG I am 64 yrs old and a kid looked 18 denyed me them because my liciense had expired I greay and going bald Everybody else is nioce and they have sold me cigs since my liciense expired Double standard Everyone else is nice and helpful,, He failed the custmer serivce test

The service at this location is great except for a very unprofessional pharmacy staff. The pharmacist was politely serving customers, while a team in member was making very disrespectful comments about customers.

The pharmacy here need to a total rehire from top to bottom, they always act like your bothering them when you try ask a question or get your prescription filled.

This is a very busy Walgreens location.i give it 3 Stars because the wait time has gotten longer. Up until about 5 months ago, this used to be a very fast and efficient Walgreens. Now, it sometimes takes over 30 minutes to get through the drive through if there are more than 3 or 4 cars in line.

My first Xmas Eve at Georgia had been destroyed by a lady at the photo kiosk (pick up area). Yesterday, I ordered frozen pizzas and notified via an app that I would stop by to pick my order up in 15' (noon). On the way to work, I stopped there and was at the photo area and waited for 20'. Noone appeared to serve me. I left to go to work. Today, as I was there, a customer service lady confronted me in front of other customers that "oh yeah, so you are the one said will pick the order but never show up yesterday. I said I did and waited for 20'. She argued that I didn't because she stayed there whole day. I finished this nonsense argue by telling her to review the camera. She said she will and went to get my order. On the way out, I still heard she was talking about my no-show incident to a male customer. I have never had any worst customer service like this. It's awful. I never never come back that store again. And, when I got home right after the pickup, all of my frozen pizzas were melted and been soft.

One of my biggest pet peeves at a place for service - is poor customer service. a pharmacy for goodness sakes! The pharmacy techs or aids are just terrible. Terrible customer service. I was walking up to pay for my medicine and the girl literally walked away and started playing on the computer. The other one gave me my bag as if she were annoyed that I was there. It's a pharmacy! On top of it, they are already overpriced. Never going to this location again. Then the front cashiers look and sound so miserable. Why are people like this? I'm not asking for butterflies and candy to be in the air but at least have enough decency to be respectful to a customer.

This Walgreens is a joke! We had 4:00 & 4:15 appointment for Covid test. I waiting in the drive thru for 33 minutes to be told to go back thru the drive thru line because they were unprepared even tho the line made me 33 minutes late. I circled back around in line to wait for additional 10 minutes. Keep in mind i have a infant in the car with me. The attendant had her earpods in the car and was talking on the phone the entire time. The person doing the test was extremely rude and unprepared as if it was her first time. Avoid this establishment for anything Covid related. CVS provided a much smoother, faster, and safer experience. If I could give this less than 1 star I would.

I have been going here for years, until the past 2 months where the entire pharmacy staff has switched. They are unhelpful, slow, & just overall unable help with any situation. You are constantly on hold for over 39 minutes (hopefully they don't hang up on you). And you wait in line for prescription pickup for over an hour regularly. We have switched to CVS after being long term customers of Walgreens.

I had an appointment for my son to get the COVID-19 Pfizer vaccine at 12:15 pm today 7/30/21 and arrived at 12:12 with the completed forms. We were asked to have a seat. After 35 mins of waiting I checked to see what the hold up was. No one else was waiting at the time for the vaccine and no one was inside the store in line for anything. The pharmacy is great The rest of the store is always an issue. I paid for my Rx. Wanted some Men's cologne. In line and cashier says I have to wait until someone unlocks the case. Tells me I will have to get back in line. An employee comes out and I ask can she open the case. Her reply: "Ima on break." Outstanding noncustomer service!

I've been sitting in this LINE for 15mins. I pull up to the window at 6:58p and they pull this cardboard in front of the window! How rude! They close the pharmacy at 7p. Y'all there is another Walgreens less than 2miles away that is 24hrs.. I'm relocating. This is a portly ran service. I'm disgusted and I will be speaking to a manager!
