Employees here are rude, pushy, and will not help you. Ive had packages lost, damaged with no solutions. They will NOT help you with anything whatsoever. All it takes is to be polite, smile, and help people. Not everyone goes to post office daily, and might not understand specific processes.

The WORST postal service. CONSTANTLY loses mail then and they just shrug their shoulders when you ask them about it. Informed Delivery just means NOTHING; I was "informed" of a letter FROM THE IRS and a month later it still hasnt arrived. As WELL as far many more pieces of mail so much so that Ive lost COUNT. FOR MY PO BOX AT THE LOCATION MIND YOU.

Horrible service on next day delivery in the state of Georgia! I paid $30 to have a package delivered next day. My item arrived 4 days later. I was told I could get my $ back once it was delivered. No one said there was a time limit on it. I was 9 days too late so...oh well. I went to get money back and 2 people who helped me never told me it was too late, or I would not have wasted my time returning. I had to come back later in the day because they had no $ in the register other than large bills. Went back only to be told that the post master that helped me earlier didn't know what she was doing?? So would the post master have given me my $ back? she never said a word about it being too late. UGH!

This is the 3rd time I mailed a letter to Miami and it was delayed! It’s now almost 7 days and still nothing. A simple letter! Next time I’d rather drive the extra miles to centerville.

Only one person on the register, but 13 people in line. Waited over 40 minutes to get what I needed. Please value your customer’s time, this was truly unacceptable.

This office is supposed to open at 8:30am but their staff are ALWAYS LATE. It’s unacceptable that you can’t depend on the post office to arrive at work on time!
