Unbelievable can’t believe they charged me to add one piece of tape to an Amazon return package. Only location I’ve ever been charged at. I see why Amazon is getting away from using UPS for returns and delivery.

First they told me I needed a box and then I bought a box and then they said I needed to buy the tape. Lazy and super unbelievable that I’m not a worker but I’m doing all the work. Have had better treatment and costumer service at other UPS stores.

They shipped a very expensive and fragile PC across two states and it arrived in one piece and working. The gentleman who packed the PC obviously did a great job at packing to make sure it was safe.

If “I hate my job” were a person this store location would be that. It’s draining to stop in and be reminded of problematic people. They come to work but don’t want to work. I could go on and on. Go .5 mile up and get real customer support at another location. You’ll thank me.
