5/4/24: This store is full of everything you can imagine at fairly reasonable prices. Suggest you shop on a weekday, as the checkout like on Saturday was ridiculous. With only 3 cashiers open, the line looked like day after Christmas returns. Not wanting to stand in line for and hour, I put my items back. May go back this week.

I had the nicest group of people at the Snellville store call me several times this last week to inform me they had found a signed check of mine but not filled out .. it was in their safe waiting for me to respond . I got there today worried about how and who could have a check of mine ,with my signature on it , as I don’t carry checks on me . But talking on the phone to them , they assured me it was safe till I came . Today I met with an awesome sales associate, Carrie Ann, , and she was so kind and expressed her concern . Thankyou so much to Snellville team for being so great to contact and protect this lost check ! I always love this store but they get 5 stars for sure today !!

The store is organized terribly - the sellers are very slow, the queue is like sausage. I wouldn’t stand in this insanity if I didn’t urgently need to buy a cable. People have really gone crazy - the insanity of senseless consumption.

Tonight i went into this location to do some shopping and while i was there i had to use the restroom. when i went in every single stall was trashed, most of the toilets had urine/bm/and clogged with tp. i mention to an employee that's in the back about the bathroom and he just mumbles a reply to me and doesn't seem to care. when i get up to the register to pay for my items i tell the cashier (who was also very pushy about getting a credit card after i said no multiple times) about the bathroom and she tells me that it won't be cleaned anytime soon and most likely won't be cleaned until the morning shift gets there. she said it's frustrating and that they have to deal with every day but there is nothing they can do. i don't understand how someone cannot go in there throughout the day and clean it? i guess they are saying that the restroom only gets cleaned once daily and it's in the morning. that's disgusting and makes me not want to give them any more of my business.

Went in to return a chair that was purchased before Christmas. Because it was meant to be a gift we didn’t have the receipt nor the tag. They still had plenty of these chairs in the back. The manager Britney or whatever the light skin woman with the natural hair is named kept looking at us and the chair up and down as if it was damaged. No one even sat in the chair for the two weeks we had it. My husband explained to her If it is damaged it was purchased like that. She reluctantly gave us a store credit and then says out loud it’s not going back on the sales floor again as if we had done something to it. Mind you this same woman and the employees that returned the chair were in a huddle two weeks prior on the sales floor complaining about how rude the customers are and how this will have to do until she finds another job. Maybe if you would fix your attitude the customer wouldn’t get rude with you. Corporate should just do her and the rest of them and the customers a favor and get rid of them now. They looking for new jobs anyway.

The manager or owner there is very RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL THE AFRICAN WOMEN WITH PUFFY HAIR. Won’t be back to this location! She is unfair and does not follow the return policy. I been a customer here and spend thousands on this location but won’t be back due to her unprofessionalism. I plan to file a complaint with corporate.
