I am giving a 3-star only because the ladies at checkout are very nice. I've been going to this Salvation Army for nearly 10 years spending money and love thrift shopping. However, the prices on furniture and clothes have increased so much you might as well buy brand new! Who wants to pay high prices on used donated old furniture and clothes!!! I go into this location regularly and each time the prices are higher. We are thrifting to save money because we're on a budget so, please remember that. You will lose money because we'll pick up the item, put it back or pass it by and you won't make a sale until you mark it down to a more reasonable price. Prices increase but our paychecks stay the same so please be mindful when pricing your DONATIONS.

Was looking for a white artificial Christmas tree for the back porch. Looked on their back porch one thrown in a box no stand. No price on the tree but thought what the heck I might be able to rig a stand, took to the cashier she said no price has to go back to warehouse, saw the manager and thought maybe he could price it, instead he GRABBED it from me and said it had to go back to the warehouse for pricing. Wow. Merry Christmas right? BTW got a small one in a box from Goodwill for four bucks, and if they don't have a price on an item they will take it right back and price it, same with Value Village. What's up with Salvation Army not treating customers and workers with decency and respect? I used to work for them at the Youth Lodge on Howell Mill and always thought highly of them but all I gotta say is DO BETTER.

Tried to donate some furniture but they would not take it as it was a little dirty and showed some use unless it’s ready to sell they will not take it last time we will call them
