Spent 10 Is minutes at the drive through, pushed the button about twenty times And nobody ever answered, A long line started accumulating, So I said to The hell with it, And i'm going to another truist bank, I never had a problem with BB&T, Until they merged with suntrust

I deposited 3 checks in the auto teller inside. I was shorted $100. Even though my receipt had pictures of the checks - NO ONE in the bank could help me - I had to wait a week after I filed a complaint to have it rectified by the home office. ZERO help from the staff.
