Work took twice as long as they estimated. Then when I left and drove a few miles tire pressure light came on. Went back to service desk and was told they forgot to reset. That does not make me comfortable. I pray that that is the only thing they forgot to do.
Since that incident so many other things have gone wrong, the staff is very friendly and they try but something is going on in that service department that is just not right. The folks that are doing the repairs are simply not up to par.
I am hoping that management will do what is necessary to make things right.

Okay I waited 3 freaking hours for an oil change very frustrating but the sales rep took care of everything that’s excellent service

At Stone Mountain VW they are very friendly and helpful especially our service advisor Leo he kept us informed on the progress of our vehicle.Their service department is pretty quick at doing basic maintenance like oil changes entire rotations. I recommend this dealership to anyone who’s looking for Volkswagen or needs to get their Volkswagen serviced.
