I’ve been shopping with Irene since she opened this location 3 years ago. I have purchased a Christmas tree, Halloween inflatables, blender, vacuum, carpets, pot and pans set and much more. All the items were new! The Christmas tree I purchased was missing the screws for the stand and she went to Ace hardware to get them for me! Above and beyond any kind of service I could ask for. She offers greats stuff for 50% off retail. I have sent all my family and friends to her….once you find her shop you can’t pay full price in the store anymore. The shop itself isn’t an organized place but hey that’s liquidation! Irene makes up for it with the great deals and good attitude she gives. Thank you for helping the community with your hard work!

She sold me a grill with no screws in(both parties fault since I didn’t check very well) however she was very rude about it and didn’t let me return it said she ordered the screws its been 2 months and nothing irin blocked me off he page over a return. Petty. Unprofessional.

I found this place but sheer luck! I was driving by and saw the Liquidation signs and stopped by. I walked in and wasn't sure what to expect but Irene the owner greeted me and explained everything. She had all kinds of stuff for sale and it was full. I thought it was very kind of her to invite me to her FB page where she posts all of her merchandise so you can shop while at home! She had mostly Amazon products and their were many brown boxes but she said I could open and box I like and look inside. I am moving into my new dorm and was able to find a twin bed frame, mattress. Mini fridge and some sheets! She even took the time to open every box in front of me to make sure everything was working and complete. I was able to get almost everything I needed and paid half the price. She even guarantees her items for 7 days! She has a board posted when you first walk in that is very straight to the point but I found her to be caring and very helpful. I definitely will be back and highly recommend! I live on a budget and this place will definitely help me in the future.

Owner or manager was semi-hostile. When we tried to make a purchase she said that the facility is not open to the public and that we have to join a member club to look at the boxes and/or buy things. We decided to buy some things but managed to not become a member. Make sure to talk to her on the way in so that you can get in her good graces. Flattery might help.Also, when another shopper indicated part of an item was broken, she suggested the customer should buy a replacement part from Amazon, put the broken part in the box, and return the damaged item to Amazon.While I would not trust the owner, she seems to make some really fair deals and the merchandise is okay. Buyer beware.

Head to ( SO Liquidation ) the green warehouse, and you will find something to take home with you, even if you don't that day, you'll in another day,Visiting is free, but the treasures are not.You won't regret the visit.
