I went in today with what I thought was a difficult task, but the two ladies up front knew exactly how to help me! Emily and Ally are great representations of this company, and truly value the act of customer service. Unlike the big box printing facilities, you truly feel apart of their tight knit community, and they always make you feel welcomed as soon as you enter the shop. I will definitely be back for other printing needs, and I applaud these two ladies for their dedication and hard work.

I got a window sign printed. I clearly said I needed it to go on the inside of the window. I was told that it was to transparent that I need the white backing for it to show. I paid $329 for a sign and it doesn’t even show in the window. They didn’t ask any questions before printing. They are supposed to be the experts so I thought they knew what they were doing, I paid someone else to put it up when he was done you can’t see anything through the Window. I am very disappointed and can’t believe they won’t fix it or offer me a refund of $329 they offered $100 for something defective. I will NEVER do business with them again. Also the static paper rolled up when it was taken off it ripped. I would never pay $329 for some low quality print. I was not returned a called by the owner as promised. And I was offered vinyl after the fact. I was never asked about what the window look like anything. When I said I wanted the window cling you offered this static stuff. You are the expert not me. I’m very disappointed in the services. The first time I brought my sidewalk sign in they measured incorrectly so I couldn’t use those. I was expected to bring the sidewalk thing back to get measured I never had time and it was to heavy. Please do things right the first time. Customers come here because you’re supposed to be the expert. Lesson learned don’t go back twice. If they don’t do it right the first time it won’t he done right the second time.

This staff is SO friendly, the atmosphere in the store is always so pleasant. They are FAST at turning orders around too! I MUCH prefer SPS to big chain stores. Customer service the way it's supposed to be! Thank you SPS!!!

Everyone was so helpful and sweet. I needed some things done for a funeral and have been so scatterbrained it was refreshing to receive such warmth and efficiency. Will definitely be doing all of my printing with them in the future.

Needed wedding invitations printed up, and wasn't pleased with the quotations I had received from some of the "big box" printing stores in the area. Contacted Snellville Print Solutions (along with a few other small local shops) ... not only did Snellville Print Solutions reply nearly immediately with a quotation, they beat the big box quotation we received by over 80%! They also completed the job with an amazing turnaround. The pieces looked really lovely, too - very pleased with the price, customer service, quality, and speed with which they handled our job. Highly recommended!
