I found Dr. Craine and his team at Snellville Animal Hospital while going to vet tech school. I was able to witness first hand the love and compassion for the animals they see and their owners. That was back in 2013 and it made me a customer for life.

From the time we entered Snellville Animal Hospital, we were surrounded by a welcoming, clean, beautifully decorated office, and greeted by happy staff. Dr. Craine is an absolute angel. He is highly experienced and makes recommendations with the pet's best interest at heart. I was impressed by how much he cares and how careful he and his nurse were to get a complete history in order to give a correct diagnosis.
I was also highly pleased with the convenient location, in the heart of Snellville, on Main Street. I will always bring my pets to Snellville Animal Hospital and recommend it to my friends.

My family has used Snellville Animal Hospital in Snellville , GA for all our pet’s needs for over 30 years. We LOVE the vets and would never go anywhere else. They are so kind and caring about our animals and have taken such great care of them. The front desk staff and techs are also so welcoming and are always so cheerful. It is a pleasure to visit them all. New patients cannot go wrong by bring your pet’s needs to Snellville Animal Hospital.

Snellville Animal Hospital is a special place. While Snellville continues to grow all around it, it has really retained it's welcoming, small town feel. Staff here are always pleasant, responsive, and very competent. The vets are top notch and very personable.
I love my animals dearly and that is why I have been a faithful client here for over 20 years.

We have been clients for two years, Dr. Cline and Dr. Duffy take great care of our dogs. The office staff is very helpful and friendly in assisting you in scheduling and answering your questions. Definitely recommend if your looking for quality care.

LOVE this experienced office and care -- Dr. Craine is so great with the people AND my puppies - he is very knowledgeable & intelligent and able to connect on a level you can understand. He & his staff were very patient with my 2 crazy little puppies -- you can tell by how he treated/handled them that he has something you can't just train someone, it's a gift! They were all very kind - from front office to the exam room. Thank you so much! I'd highly recommend Snellville Animal Hospital for your pet's care.

Used to be my primary vet my dog recently started having seizures. I got to the point where I thought he was going to die and I contacted them. Deborah was very rude. Took me away and gave me the phone number to another hospital after originally telling me to go back to the expensive overnight hospital, where I just spent two grand. I said, weeping telling her I thought my dog was going to die, but the cold heartedness made me decide to leave this review and never go back. Do not go here since the doctor cerran left. They have been horrible.

It's unfortunate to have to write a low review but upon comparing the costs that I spent recently at this facility I was shocked at how much more it was compared to my previous vets. I am new to the area and wanted to give this location a try due to the overwhelming great reviews.
For annual routine checkups and medications it was about ~$130 MORE per dog than my last two vets. I spent ~$260 more for both of my pets to be seen here. With the prescription medication all of it was found cheaper elsewhere. The price gauging here is absurd. Next time I am driving the 30 miles to take them to their old vet. My last vet was reasonably priced and even gave multiple dog discounts.
Other than the high prices the staff are friendly and the vet is very knowledgeable about her work. I did feel very uncomfortable when talking to the vet as she kept throwing so many high cost exams at me during my visit for both pets. Both of my pets were unfortunately diagnosed with some type of infection which I knew the medication costs were already going to make that bill high. I was feeling the stress, pressure, and disappointment as I had to decline all extra work to be done here.
For some these prices may not be an issue at all but for others who are trying to do their best and are on a tighter budget I suggest you look elsewhere. I left paying a little over $1.1K yes over a thousand dollars!!! Needless to say I will be scraping by this month to pay my credit card off.
A friend recommended Paw Project of Georgia an affordable veterinary care and I will definitely be giving them a try next time.

Been bringing out 2 now 3 dogs here since we moved to Snellville in 2016. They are professional and accommodating. The Dr’s always take there time with you and explain things so you can understand. Will go no place else.
