Nice pharmacy, nice people, good prices. However, it’d be nice if when I went to pick up medications, there were not so many potholes to run into at the entrance and potentially damage my vehicle. Look into getting those filled. Thanks!

I appreciate that the pharmacists here can customize prescriptions, which is hard to find. However, I am concerned that a business that should be concerned about public health does not even require masks for its employees. No masks, no social distancing indoors. Even if all the employees are vaccinated, the potential for asymptomatic spread is still serious, and the vaccinated can spread the virus without even knowing they are ill. Either they are ill-informed about the CDC guidelines, or they just do not care about public health.

Very disappointed! The people were very nice, but the cost of the medication was outrageous. Snell's charge $250 for a medication that I found later for $49. That is too big a discrepancy!! I understand prices can vary, BUT not by over $200!! Will not be using them again!The offer to wait a day was NEVER mentioned. They did NOT explain the reason for the high cost!

I’ve used this Pharmacy 3 times now , my first 2 visits awhile ago was pleasant no problems, but yesterday was bad and this is why I am reviewing, there was an older gentleman behind the counter at first I was greeted nicely , I was picking up a prescription for my daughter and when he told me the total I politely told him that wasn’t correct and he got very combative and spoke to me as if I didn’t know what I was talking about , so I told him to look up my name to see what I paid previously and he was still very rude , to where 2 other employees came to help me and they were very polite and then gave me my prescription at the correct price, when it came time to check out a younger man that aided processed everything for me with no issues until the older gentleman again wanted to give me a hard time and from across the counter asked me how old my daughter is and I said 18 he said nope you cannot get the prescription for her she must sign for it! So the man ringing me up said something to him and over rode his decision not to let me pick it up, because he knew the man was just giving me a hard time . I appreciated his help and I said my daughter doesn’t feel well that’s why I am getting the script for her and the woman employee was sweet and made small talk with me . But the rudeness of the older gentleman is the reason I will NEVER be back!

I love snells pharmacy ~ I think they are always so pleasant and they take the time to remember their patients. I don’t think there’s another pharmacy that is that prompt at picking up the calls and taking initiative to outreach doctors ~ absolutely adore them ! They do compounding a and sell a wide range of medical supplies. ?

Hands down the best pharmacy I have ever had the privilege of doing business with! The customer service cannot be beat, everyone is extremely nice and they go out of their way to make sure you have the medication you need. There is a reason they have been in business for as many decades as they have.

I changed pharmacies because my doctor recommended Snells. I was having a hard time with CVS constantly being out of stock on pain medications I have been taking for 18 years. I almost lost my life and as a result I am disabled and have at least some quality of life releying on these 2 medications. At first they were nice but when my doctor changed one of the meds to another type Snells refused to order it saying it was too expensive. They didn't even call me to tell me they weren't going to get it. Needless to say I needed these medications on time each month without a doubt. My doctor was furious and gave me another pharmacy name. I transferred everything from Snells to my new pharmacy and haven't had one issue ever. I will add a review of the new pharmacie after this. To be fair Snells were nice for the most part and filled my other meds without a problem.

Snell's is a great neighborhood pharmacy! They have meticulously prepared many compounds for our pets over the years. Michael, Kit, Shane and everyone at Snell's go above and beyond what's expected each time! I am so grateful to have them right down the street!

extremely unprofessional and rude. Only cares about the business, doesn't care about getting its patients lower rates with their medicine. Would not recommend this pharmacy to my worst enemy. Sad to see these "pharmacy companies" more worried about their own pockets than helping the clients. The doctors and staff here is just pathetic.
