I brought a car from Shure last week and if I can give them a 100 stars I would!!! The transaction was straight forward. Rashmi was my sales person he was honest, worked with me, took care of everything that was needed to complete the sale. Made everything as smooth as possible. He was thorough and answered all of my questions. They pride themselves in providing excellent customer service. Will continue doing bussiness with them. If you are in the market for a car I highly recommend this dealer! Good prices and excellent service!

Owners went above and beyond to ensure the car was in good condition before we purchased it. On day of pick up they noticed a small oil leak when we went for a test drive. They insisted on having the leak checked out. They replaced the VVT solenoid and met me half way of my 2 hr drive 2 days later. Very friendly, fair price, excellent service.

I Found a used 2007 Prius with only 120,000 miles on it. SHURE was 60 miles from the house so I made the trip. Make sure you call Mack to insure the vehicle is still available though, I went out on a limb 7 years ago without calling and the truck my son wanted was driving off the lot. ? THE prius was in pristine condition from the pictures. So what the heck. We made the trip and wound up buying the thing. The best decision I've ever made. Thanks Mack! I took the long way home to monitor the fuel consumption and man was I impressed!

I just bought my SUV from Shure Autosales and have to say that they are very attentive but direct in the process. They worked with you when it came to your deposits and financing. Mack is a great guy. I was told by 2 insurance companies that our Camry could not be fixed after being rear-ended. Well, Mack fixed it for the estimate he gave us and we are very happy. Will recommend his body shop to our friends.

Proceed at your own risk. This company refused to send my title after payoff claiming I owed more money for “interest”. They sent me 6 emails and screenshots with different amounts because they have poor record keeping. They were essentially making up numbers and shaking me down. I paid more in interest after the final payment then I did the duration of the loan. Plus I paid the loan off 2-3 payments early. Each time I questioned their bookkeeping the amount I owed increased. I paid them to get the title and get them out my hair but I would definitely not recommend them.Update: Filing complaint with Georgia Attorney General's Office to document what occurred to hopefully prevent this from happening to anyone else. I will provide them my contract, all of my payment transactions, all the additional requests from Shure Auto requesting 6 different amounts before title would be released, and proof of my additional extortion payment to get my title. The documents this company sent me displayed missing payments in their record keeping, yet somehow when they added the payment in the amount due INCREASED. I don’t need anyone to explain that kind of math to me. The complaint with proof will be public knowledge for anyone to do their due diligence.
