It’s really hard for me to leave a negative review about this repair shop, but I feel I don’t have a choice. I’ve been a loyal customer for over five years and have trusted them with two of my cars. I’ve always valued keeping my cars well-maintained, which is why I kept going back to them for their quality work and good customer service.
However, my last two visits have been completely different. The customer service has become rude, disrespectful, and unwilling to listen or understand the issues with my cars. Over the last two visits, I’ve spent nearly $4,300, but I still stayed with them, believing in their work despite the service that discouraged me from returning.
During my most recent visit, I spent $2,100 to fix an overheating issue with my car. They diagnosed it and assured me that the repairs would solve the problem. However, the issue persisted after I picked up my car. When I brought it back, they claimed it was a different problem and now wanted me to pay another $900. The customer service I dealt with was shockingly rude, especially considering how long I’ve been a customer.

At this point, it feels like they’re more interested in making money than actually helping. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning to this shop anymore, and I do not recommend this shop to others.

I went in the Snellville location in the morning to drop my car off and picked up my car near closing time to get my rotors replaced.Not only they didn’t replaced my rotors but they charged me $350 just for diagnostic and tire patch. Never go there again! They will ripped you off! The manager was not helpful either. She was very short with me when I asked her about why was I charged so much. On top of that, they lost my tire lug nuts key for my tire also which I had to get a new set cause apparently they lost them. Very disappointing overall.

I’m very disappointed with the recent service I received at Service Street. After my daughter’s car was towed there, they claimed several items needed work, including an alternator replacement. Thankfully, I had a mobile mechanic come out to double-check, and he confirmed that the alternator was in perfect condition and didn’t need replacing at all. Service Street used to be a reliable place, but something has definitely changed for the worse. They didn’t even mention the real issue that needed attention. I can’t recommend them anymore after this experience.

AVOID * RIPOFF * AVOID * RIPOFF * AVOID * RIPOFF
I needed a simple repair done on my wife's vehicle & had them order the part
(cost twice as much as it should have).
The main issue is their significantly overcharging for labor. How can the ONLY mechanic... Who is working on 3 vehicles at the same time, and you charge me for that total time?? I watched and my vehicle was only worked on for about 60-70 minutes, NOT 2 1/2 hours of labor I was charged !!

My oil light came on unexpectedly while sitting in bumper to bumper traffic going home one evening. I needed to get this taken care of but by the time I got out of traffic it was too late to get it done. So I went the next morning figuring I would be late for work but Service Street took my car right back and got the oil change and inspection done in about 30 minutes. Was able to get my car taken care of and still get to work on time. They did recommend a couple of other things to be done but did not push me into anything. One thing I really liked was being able to buy a certificate for 5 oil changes for the price of 3.
It's a small waiting room but clean with a TV and complimentary coffee.
I was treated respectfully and I will definitely be back. They took the stress out of my day and that doesn't happen much in my world.
