I went in the store to get some crochet braids done. I was helped by Fanta who was the one who braided my hair, and she was fantastic. She washed and brow dried my hair before starting in my braids, and the whole process took about an hour from when I walked in the door.
In my case, I brought my own bundles of crochet braids in because I wanted to pick out a specific color, and it came out wonderfully.
I would recommend going here if you want your braids done.

I never encounter someone so rude. I went to get my hair color warm blonde and I came out with the same color I came in with black. She had color all over my clothes and said she did not do it, no integrity. she was very rude, I will not recommend anyone to get service from this place.....BEWARE

Very NASTY workers! They do not know how to wash hair and tried to overcharge me at the end of my service even though I didn’t get anything extra. I would NEVER go back ! And after the horrible wash the lady gave me which my hair was still oily after the wash she STILL proceeded to blow out and press my hair and blamed me for it not coming out right. And told me to get use baby powder and get out of her salon. Very traumatizing would never recommend

Went in here as a new customer and got a blowout, they never asked me what I wanted, just proceeded to take me in the back and wash my hair. She did a horrible job washing my hair, didn't scrub my scalp, just lathered soap up and rinsed it out multiple times. My hair was still dirty and she proceeded to blow dry and press it out. I told them I didn't like my hair and asked if I could get it redone and she declined and said nothing was wrong with my hair. Not coming back.

Do not waste your time. Very rude. They do not know how to wash hair correctly. The lady with the braids needs to go. On top of that, she also fried my hair even though I asked for heat protectant. Now I have lost my natural curls. So disappointed.

First time doing the style I got, and at this salon! I loved my experience!! I had Ms. Fanta and she was sweet and VERY FAST!! I loved the vibe and my service was amazing!!

I had a mediocre experience for the following reasons:. The shampoo was very short and unsatisfying and she used a conditioner that turned my gray hair yellow. She turned the dryer so high that it burned my scalp. Lastly, a big red flag should have been the stylist herself, it looked like she hadn't combed her hair in days. Never again!

Jannette did my relaxed hair in a roller set and blow out. It was passable and acceptable. BUT, the service was horrible. No one greeted me, instead, the women just all stared at me. I had to ask Jennette if she worked there because she just sat there looking at me. I had to turn the heat on the dryer down because my ears were on fire. And she didn't use any protective spray on my hair when she used the flat iron. She used cheap products, too. I'm not going back.Service: Blowdry

Nice, knowledgeable and professional. Provides hair care services promoting healthy hair growth. Gets my hair straighter (4c hair) than if I would have relaxed it. They take care of my hair care needs from blow outs to braids. And it’s conveniently located to a nice beauty supply store.

Customer Service is Horrible Horrible Horrible and gets worst each time.Products are cheap. And they talk about their clients in a different language.Shop around their are much better salons close by that use products to promote healthy hairServices: Shampoo & conditioning
