Great place to del. Took me 4 hrs early. Call to see if they can get you in. Easy docking if you aren't driver in video. Walmart next door to resupply. Bathroom, coffee, vending. Not sure about overnight, probably no.

I used the scan and go today and the system glitched but took the monies from my checking account. I went to customer service and was met with accusations of stealing and the representative Nadine stating my transaction didn’t go through when clearly the money was taken from my account. She told me to call my bank to verify and when they stated to her the money was taken, she stated it was probably one of my friends. Worst experience ever. If I could write a review with zero stars I would. I don’t recommend scan and go. I don’t recommend speaking with Nadine from customer service and I plan on filing a formal complaint on her. I would never treat a customer like that ever. She was not looking for a resolution only making accusations. Not everyone is a thief. I work hard for my money and I have NEVER felt so unheard, embarrassed, accused, belittled and degraded in my life. Sams club need to hire ppl with more compassion for the public.

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE UNLESS YOU WANT TO WAIT OVER 30 MINUTES FOR PICKUP! My order was ready I sat and waited. I called customer service it took over 6 minutes for someone to come to the phone. It’s really sad how short staffed this place is. There must be a reason they can’t keep employees. I’ll be ordering online from now on. The parking lot for pickup is PACKED. People have been waiting and there’s only 1/2 people able to pull orders. This is such a mess. Do better Sam’s!

We have been standing in the fast food line for over ten minutes and not moving. When I asked your employee for a manager she said she didn’t know where the food manager was and went back to her station. This is poor customer service and unsatisfactory service.

I love Sam’s Club. But the curbside pickup at this location really needs to be fixed. I waited almost 2 hours for my curbside today. It was ready but for some reason people who arrived after me received their items before me. This is not the first time this has happened. I’m very frustrated, especially since they have multiple people working. Please fix this issue.

Returns line very long. They wanted a receipt. Don't get a receipt when you scan and go. Got gift card and couldn't scan and go, needed to get in line to use Gift Card. ?

I love most Sam's Clubs. I was leary because this isn't my normal Sam's. But it was just as good. Parking is interesting. But the inside is good.
Parking lot.... If there is a line to get gas, then you can't get in the parking lot. Meaning, I don't want gas I want to park. But the location of the gas station blocks the entrance for the store. Smh that needs fixed.

This location is a joke. Completely understaffed. I placed an order last night for pick up a pickup window today of 1-2 pm. My husband ended up going to the store at 2pm even though our order was still marked as processing. Once there he was told they were hours behind and still shopping orders for the noon pickups. At 3:06 we were notified that our order was ready. I left work and got there at 3:30 parked and waited for 30 min while calling repeatedly getting no answer. Finally I called the pharmacist who transferred me to speak to someone in curbside pickup. The woman had a horrible attitude and told me my order had been returned bc "it's 4:00 and I was late". I told her we were not late and this was our 2nd trip to the store to attempt to get our groceries. I asked to speak to a manager repeatedly only to be told by her first I needed to fix my attitude. She then told me a manager was coming to the phone and put me on hold only to have no one take the call. Thank God my membership expires tomorrow. We'll be taking our business back to Costco.

Sam's is putting more of their Member's Mark brands in and they're still selling Smithfield bacon made by China..... do not waste your money on Smithfield bacon! Smithfield was bought by someone in China and it is going down the toilet.....
