Always enjoy SAMs especially the SCAN & GO app! Its soooo convenient I never stand in line, I'm in and out! I am still quite disappointed with losing the Lithonia, GA location... It has lessened my quantity of purchase because I just don't get there as often.

Utterly rude customer service, especially front end manager. Tried to make me seem like the bad guy. Will never be coming to the Sam’s club in Snellville ever again. If I could give them a -10 star review I would! Don’t shop here, you’re better off at the Buford Sam’s!

Out of products, not enough cashiers, they need to rethink their lines for registers. Suggest only one line formed and advance as next free register. Isles least likely to be blocked. Common sense folks.
