Though I didn’t buy anything, it was amazing to see “ No” long lines. The staff was attentive and working the floor. Item were placed neatly. There were quite a few pieces of nice furniture!! The neatest Ross I’ve been to in years!

Sunday around 2pm on the 23rd June, We decided to buy a sofa bench. We spoke with a male store associate who was working in the section, he agreed to help with loading if the store manager permits.
After completing checking out, I requested the cashier to call someone to assist with loading and right away she said "We don't have anyone to load". The store manager was standing right next to her. I asked them that " you don't have a shopping cart that can be taken out of the door and you don't have any one to assist with loading, then why are you selling these large items?", they both went "you can bring your car to the front and load yourself" as if I can bring my car into the store. When my wife pointed out that the employee we spoke with was waiting by the door to assist, the store manager looked at him and waved her hand to walk away and he just trolled away.
* Customer service is horrible.
* If the store manager treats customers like this then the associates will just amplify.
* The wrong personality has been assigned to be a store manager here.
* They should stop selling large and heavy items when they can't provide any means to take it to a vehicle and assist with loading.

The floors are dirty. There's clothes scattered everywhere. You get lost and there's random things in random places that shouldn't be, but overall it's okay.

The variety of items was plentiful I was very pleased with my purchases, however, the area manager rang out 1 person and then proceeded to go move carts and left an extremely long line of customers with only one cashier ringing. As the line grew I asked the cashier to call for assistance no one showed up.
The area manager then returned to the front to answer a question and begin walking away again with a long line of customers, waiting to make purchases. One woman left her items and walked out. The area manager eventually came to assist, once I called her attention to the line as she attempted to walk away again with over 10 people in line waiting and 1 cashier ringing. Sad customer service, especially from a manager who first hand witnessed the growing line and offered no assistance ?
