However, the store is often very crowded, which can be overwhelming. The floors can be dirty, with clothes scattered everywhere, and the layout is disorganized. A significant issue is sad customer service, with long lines due to insufficient cashiers, even when managers witness the problem. Sometimes specific items, like handbags, can be out of stock. Overall, it is okay for those on a budget seeking good-looking attire and accessories.
Though I didn’t buy anything, it was amazing to see “ No” long lines. The staff was attentive and working the floor. Item were placed neatly. There were quite a few pieces of nice furniture!! The neatest Ross I’ve been to in years!

The floors are dirty. There's clothes scattered everywhere. You get lost and there's random things in random places that shouldn't be, but overall it's okay.
