The lady that did my nails was a manager I was told one price was charged different. She did not shape them. She kept pressing down on my real telling me that they were acrylic. She was so rough she cracked one. My nails look as if I did them myself . She applied the polish too thick and very sloppy a young man did my feet and he did a pretty good job. I don’t think management really cares how the nails turn out they just want to get paid

very bad service, I came to this salon because my mother is a frequent customer but I do not recommend it at all apart from the fact that the man did not leave my nails properly, he grabbed my fingers very hard, he twisted them scrape my fingers and my nails look like I did them myself also Heade me angry faces and I What I was doing was going to leave money because when you go to the nail salon you pay, but it's not worth paying to come here.I do not recommend it, I sat there for 2 and a half hours and the other nail technicians just looked at me, they did not bother to go see the work the man was doing, I wish I could give 0 stars?

Nails were poorly done as if completed by a child. Once calmly & nicely brought to the nail techs attention she was extremely aggressive, failing to acknowledge the excessive blemishes that were clearly there.

I went here on Feb 5th 2024 .I just wanted my eyebrows JUST CLEAN UP .it already had a perfect arch .all the lady need to do was remove a little growing hair .I get charged 10 freaking dollars .NEVER will I go back .plz believe me .my shop was closed. I normally have the ladies wax or thread Mines at another shop .for 8 dollars NEVER ever .
