Convenient location, lots of room in the parking lot and around the pumps. Clean store and has self checkout for neurodivergent introverts.This location can actually try to be considered in the realm of QT. I'm a QT ho, so this is high praise.

Best convenience store Coffee, and better than some coffee shops. Lots of snacks and treats to satisfy most any request. Hot sandwiches and pizza are good if they have not sat to long. Best to do this at lunch time, not after. I'd rather have roller food than a dried out chicken sandwich.

Really need to take down the 24 hours bit. How are you closed at 9:45 pm but you're supposed to be 24 hours??? Complete waste of time. I'll stick with Quiktrip from now on. It's completely annoying

It says 24 hrs but I came at 10pm and they had the doors locked just standing behind the register staring and shaking their head no that they’re closed. Makes no sense

The trash sits here for hours drawing hornets and bees, homeless sit out front begging non-stop, 4 employees there but only 1 checking people out so the line is to the door and takes 5+ minutes to check out, the hot boiled peanuts are days old, the fresh food is anything but fresh, cold drinks aren't cold, was roaches dead on the floor. Save time, go 2 minutes down the road to any other store.

All light 3 people are inside but ever door lock where they don’t won’t there customer coming inn there at 5:30 am on any day of week!!

The co-manager was incredibly on point and professional. You do not see people who still cherish their jobs and work ethics anymore. Go girl! Show them how it's done. You really honestly should start your own company customer service training business.

This race trac is not 24 hours. Employees take their time here.Race trac should be more like quick trip and manage people's time better than what they do.

I guess I really have more of a question, I come to this racetrac, or at least I try to come here several times a week but if I come at any time between 9pm and 5am it will be a complete toss up on wether or not they will be open. There are always employees in the store just starting at the locked doors and mouthing "closed" through the glass. And like I said the hours of operation seem completely arbitrary. It's pretty frustrating when I'm just trying to get a drink or a cigarettes.If you're not gonna uphold your posted 24 hour sign, take it down and put the right hours up.

I needed to take a minute to say this is by far the best gas station in the area. I stop every night on my way to work for essentials and sometimes during the day too. The guys on the night shift are kind, courteous, always with a smile and very patient. There has never been a time, day or night, that I stopped in and didn't feel welcome. Superb customer service all around.

The clerks are argumentative, and question the competency of the customers when it comes to the RaceTrac app. I asked for 10 packs of cigarettes to be rang up instead of a carton because it saves me $1.70 However,, the clerks are always trying to disprove the $1.70 savings (to prove some irrelevant point) and argue with me for a few minutes just to find out I was right. It makes them very angry to ring up 10 separate packs separately and I don’t understand it. I apologize if I taking away your time away from your phone. Society is going to be in real trouble with this newer generation.

Really zero stars. Can the other night and they weren't letting customers in, but had a sign saying window was open. However they refuse to even come to window.Here I am again a few days later at 10:15 pm.and they are closed again with 2 employees on clock.Wish google would still allow me to post pictures.

I have been going here for years since it is near my house. However, I have not had to interact with the inside staff since I normally get my gas and go. This experience will have me getting my gas elsewhere.Today, I took my kids and a neighbor for yogurt. When we went to get the cups, I said good they only have small (the large cup holder was empty) because that's all you need. When we took it out I did comment that the small containers were big. Their supplies were not stocked so they also didn't have the 'try me' cups. I asked a worker if they had any. When she came from the back she said no but you can use the small containers. That's when I noticed we had large not small. I said I thought these (pointing to one of the kid's already full cup) was small. She said no. I said they were in the small dispenser. The worker even pulled out more from the area. I told the worker, I would be paying for a small. When she talked to the manager (a frail shaky teen) she informed me that I would have to pay for a large. I was like no I wanted a small and these were in the small dispenser. The kids had already started eating. When I went and talked to the Manager, he kept insisting I was paying for the large. I kept insisting I was not. I was really trying not to tell the kids to leave the cups and go elsewhere. He called the GM. The GM initially was trying to get me to pay for the large. After some more back and forth they relented.I am appalled by the lack of customer service. The Manager was rude. He said it didn't matter they were in the wrong place. I had money for the large, it's the principle of the matter. If the kids had picked up the large in error, no problem I would have paid for the large. I knew they didn't because I was the one that got the cups. The arguing and rude behavior by the manager should not have occurred.I will add the GM apologized to me. I had asked for an apology from the manager, he would not apologize for his rude behavior.
